“Beach Paradise Getaway with Restaurant and Marina a short flight from U.S.” We made a last minute reservation for six days in early February, and had very good experiences both with the accommodating suite owner and the resort staff. Enjoyed quiet and reading time on our balcony and the beautiful beach, and also long walks in the area. Good selection of complimentary bikes and kayaks for the guests, and also a well-designed marina for sailors and motor-boaters--especially impressed with the ample maneuvering room for the slips.

“Loved renting unit 209 at Vantage Point” This property is a ski in ski out property. Totally remodeled with everything you need. We were also very happy with Berkshire Hathaway. We will rent this unit again in the future.

“The week was a most awesome experience.” the weather could not have been any more georgous. this was our 1st time in 392, but everything was perfect. Perdido Resort was vey accomidating. J.D. was quite friendly and helpful. the only thing i would want to suggest about the condo would be they need to put some type drapes on the bedroom windows. I am a sun worshiper so the beach was the best I have experienced.

“Quiet” I came to clear my head, I wanted quiet and peaceful and that's just what I got. I was a little surprised at how quiet the town was but it was cool and off season. I was alone but felt very safe. The condo was comfortable and the view was awesome. The next time I return, I would hope to have a partner, it would be a lovely place for a couple to spend a week together.

“More than wonderful !” My eldest son recommended Perdido Sun. I was taking the boys to Perdido Cye since 1988. My last visit was prior to " Ivan". I was so impressed by the rebuiling. Your property was just what my son from Germany and I were looking for a short vacation. From the managment to the condo was " Great, friendly and helpful". Our visit was wonderful. “A very good value” The perdido sun was a terrific place... the staff was friendly and accommodating. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The pools were well kept and the kids had a great time.

“Perfect Vacation Relaxation Spot” The view from the room and balcony was gorgeous. Sitting on the balcony each morning sipping my coffee was heavenly. All of the amenities were close to the room and just short walks away. The property itself was well maintained and quiet while still being family friendly. The room was comfortable and a great home base at the end of our daily jaunts. Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater were very easy drives from the Inn. I can't wait to visit again.

“Relaxation, peaceful and beautiful ocean views.” This was the first time I have ever stayed in Florida for spring break. I heard of this rental through a friend. The condo was comfortable, warm and inviting. The location was perfect to restaurants, tourist attractions and shopping. Not to mention, right on the ocean for beautiful views off your balcony while sipping your morning coffee or taking in the beautiful sunset. The heated pool was a bonus for the kids and the short walk to the beautiful sandy beaches was perfect! This was a wonderful rental with a ton of space and all that you could ask for when staying away from home. :)

“Perfect for Beach Lovers” The views from this Condo are amazing. You cannot get better access to the beach!!! Everything was clean and well done aesthetically. We enjoyed our time, especially my husband who loves the Atlantic Ocean, thoroughly. Onsite parking is a great asset as is the elevator to the 4th floor. Helena and Robert were gracious and very accommodating. Would go back in a heartbeat! .

“Absolutely elegant!!!” We had a wonderful stay in lovely Villa Cape Coral! We were in awe of the beauty - absolutely elegant home & furnishings, spotlessly clean, & a gorgeous location! It was perfect! We loved using the kayaks to explore the canals & the connecting ecological preserve. We also rented the boat & went out around Sanibel & Captiva Islands ~ what an adventure! Such beauty to see and so many dolphins swimming near us too! It was an amazing time! Grilling & dining out by the pool and relaxing in the pool & spa was such a glorious way to end each day! “Brooks and shorey were so nice and made everything easy” We had a great time staying at Emerald Towers West. Everything we needed was there. Very clean and well stocked. I will be going through Brooks and Shorey again in the future. I've rented from individuals before and some have been very hateful to us in the past. This was a most pleasant experience. “a good place to stay but needs new furniture” Overall, we were pleased with the location and with our unit at Gulf Dunes. The balcony view was nice as were the included beach chairs and umbrella. The designer made good use of the space in the unit. My boys especially liked the bunk beds in the hall wall; bathrooms were adequate, but nothing fancy. The only negative issue was the outdated furniture. The dinette set and other tables were OK, but the couch needs to go! It looked uncomfortable and was. The cushions were old and sank in. Having a sofa sleeper is a plus, but please replace this one.
