“Fantastic Spot” This is one of the best vacations we have ever had. It was so quiet and peaceful on the lake. we caught fish on the dock every day and did lots of hiking in Glacier National Park. We took the "short-cut" to the Park and that worked out great with only a short drive and lots to see along the way. The cabin is very cute and well stocked...even fishing gear and bear spray to take hiking in the park! We couldn't believe how close we were to the town of Columbia Falls, since it seams you are way out in the wilderness at the cabin. We really enjoyed the great chicken and rib baskets at the "Back Room" restaurant in Columbia falls. We loved watching the eagles and loons on the lake and hiked over to the other lake where there is a huge beaver den and beaver dam. Bill and Eliska provided us with good information and were so easy to work with. Wish we could have stayed longer than 4 days and would love to return.

“Relaxing Escape for the Whole Family and Good Friends” Our family, our friend, and the dogs had an amazing time during our stay at Jumping Trout Lodge. Our kids loved the throwing rocks, playing in the sand, and the fishing. The adults loved the patio, the fire, and the water vessels. The dogs loved running freely, playing relentlessly and sleeping unapologetically. My friend and I also got a hike in to those beautiful Goldbug Hot Springs outside Elkbend... Absolutely gorgeous and very relaxing on the body after an approachable, but vigorous hike. We hope to return again next year. Thank you for having us!

“Very nice place for a large group.” There were 16 of us, ranging in age from 2 to 62. The accommodations were very adequate. The kitchen is well furnished with appliances, utensils and cookware to prepare meals for a large group. The theatre room has a wide variety of movies to enjoy. There is laundry soap, hand soap and dish soap provided. The house was clean and nicely decorated. On the negative side: there were some comments that some of the mattresses were uncomfortable and had sheets on them that didn't fit properly so they wouldn't stay on the beds. And, the house is not air- conditioned and has no ceiling fans, so it got a little warm in the hot afternoon. There are some floor fans available that can be moved around. Overall, loved it!

“Serene and beautiful” We weren't quite sure what to expect from our three week stay at the ranch, and we were definitely not disappointed. The scenery was spectacular, the air was clean and crisp, the Hideout was more than we had anticipated and John and Lynn could not have been more gracious. The washer and dryer were an added bonus.We would stay there again and we recommend this rental to anyone.

“An awesome Bed & Breakfast for my wife, baby and I” My wife and I were traveling with our ten month old baby and needed a place to stay with multiple rooms. The accommodations were exactly what was needed for my young family, the location was amazing, and Margo and her husband were very kind and accommodating. Withing a two minute walk we were at the waterfront of lake Okanagan and within 10 minutes of walking we were on the beach at City Center and also downtown Kelowna! Cherry Tree helped to create a perfect vacation! The beds were also very comfortable!!!
