“A Classy Vacation Experience in any Season” My brother, who has problems walking, and I stayed at Sunnybank for a little under a week in the early spring when the Corolla horses are foaling. The layout of the well-appointed, three-storey main building was perfect for our needs: the fabulous view from the top floor living room provided the inspiration for him to walk up the grand stair case, and he could take the elevator when he was having problems walking. (There are two bedrooms with walk-in showers to accommodate people who have a problem walking.) It rained the first two days, which might have been gloomy any where else, but the library of videos, and stashes of games and playing cards gave us the opportunity to connect in ways that we hadn't since we were children. The fabulous cook's kitchen and multiple eating areas can accommodate a wedding party, family reunion, or any get away time one might want. Mine was a working vacation and the office there, which is outfitted with excellent Ethernet and WiFi connections plus a daybed for napping, was a better arrangement than my office at home. Comfort and casual, yet classy ambience abounds at Sunnybank. An excellent find!

“Great Value” Very nice place. Beautiful view. Pool and hot rub were great. No master bedroom but everything was clean and comfortable for our 11 person extended family. Beach is lovely (5 mins walk). No complaints. Would rent again or recommend to friends.

“Absolute Dream Location” Clancy, my dog and I spent an amazing week at this location. Kim and her family were amazing. The rental had absolutely everything you could ask for and much more. Clearly Kim and Co. have made this an upscale, homey spot for anyone wanting beach time. Speaking of the beach, the views off the deck are some of the finest I've ever seen both morning and night. I got up early every morning, just to watch the sunrise. The beach is clean, an easy walk and friendly for kids, dogs and people. Thank you for making our stay a wonderful vacation.

“Perfect” Angi, Thank you for such a wonderful piece of heaven. Your home is so well appointed and so cozy we just felt right at home. We also are so appreciative that you allowed us to bring our four legged little girl. It made this vacation so stress free knowing she was with us.
