“Great Getaway!!” I loved unit 1105 at The Palms. It was totally updated and very clean. The beach chairs and boogie boards were nice to have. Loved the quiet nature of the Palms and the proximity to all of the beautiful beaches!!

“Great place to stay for the price” We loved the location and views from our units. The pool was warm and quite nice despite having many restrictions. The units were clean and nice looking however many of the amenities promised (ie. beach equipment) were not in good enough shape to even be useful. If you are advertising these amenities, they should be in decent shape (both beach umbrellas were broken and the cooler bag was so beat up it leaked water all over the place). The property managers skimped on some of the simple things like providing more than a couple of garbage bags and rolls of toilet paper or making sure the light bulbs were new (3 went out during our 10day stay). The garbage disposal in one unit was broken altogether and the screen door in the other had no handle from the outside (a big problem if you go outside and close the door behind you). The rental agency was difficult to reach but did eventually come and replace the light bulbs. All in all we had a good stay but these little things would make a big difference.

My family from Canada and myself were truly impressed by the attention to detail and how well the units were presented. “A breath of fresh air” I have stayed at many different rentals never knowing if the pictures show what the condo really looks like. This rental was exactly what was shown and more! We were impressed with the updated features and location. The balcony was our favorite and the condo was very clean and accommodating for all our needs. “Here is a Gem of a Condo!” The owner of this condo, Lawrence Daluz was easily available and great to work with! The condo is clean, beautiful and comfortable in most every way. This condo is placed in a hotel setting (as it turns out our friends were renting a hotel-owned condo just across the driveway) so we got to see the inside of one of the hotel-owned-and run units. This one was far superior to theirs, though the layout for the unit is exactly the same. The sunny kitchen in this condo was extremely well-supplied (the best we have run across, ever, which we really appreciated) and all the appliances we used worked great. This unit has a stove, a microwave, a 'fridge with freezer and a decent-sized oven. We like to cook our own food (the main reason for getting a condo in the first place), so all of this came in VERY handy. Even the dishes were up-to-date and pretty! The bedroom is really nice and the bed, perfect and super-comfortable (especially for this girl with back issues), the living room is lovely (and beautiful) to relax in and the inside dining area furniture, classy and generous-sized. The lanai is mostly quiet (there is a street nearby but the noise there was minimal in our opinion). The lanai was also surprisingly private and quite well-supplied including a huge gas barbecue (which we didn't try out), and a nice dining table which we used often. There are also two comfortable loungers with pillows on the lanai as well. Though we brought our own snorkeling equipment, Lawrence has included a generous supply of usable snorkeling gear and children's sand toys (though we didn't use any of it.) The only "con" for this unit: The best a/c unit is in the bedroom (it works great) but the living room a/c unit, is added on and has to be closely looked after as it is a bit temperamental - and doesn't really give the living room that fully air conditioned feel (something kind of important to this middle-aged couple). But it was sufficient enough and after being in Maui for about five days, we both finally got used to the warmer larger room (we live in the cooler mountains at some altitude so the heat was a bit of a shock to us the first few days). The internet in this unit can be spotty, too, but it worked well enough for the most part (something we have experienced in other condos and on other islands as well.) All in all I give this condo an A+. It's clean, modern feeling, beautiful, convenient to everything in this area, well-supplied and quite nice to "live in" during a vacation in Maui. I highly recommend it and I also thank Lawrence for keeping it up so well.

“Relaxing and Beautiful Getaway” My husband and I stayed at 33a in Ekahi for a week long vacation. The condo and surroundings exceeded all of our expectations. It is very tastefully decorated, extremely clean with all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway. The grounds, pool area and beach are wonderful. The lanai is a serene retreat. We ate all of our breakfasts and lunches out there and then dined on fantastic food for dinner from the many choices of restaurants. The keyless entry and parking were very convenient. We will return next summer with our children.

“Love Maui and the Palms” The Palms is our favourite place to stay in Maui. Room 603 was in very good shape but we had an incident the second to last day with water from the room above but the property management and rental management groups got on it right away. The 2 bedroom room size is perfect for our group and the lanai's can't be beat for comfort and use. We make great use of the kitchen and can't beat having your own barbeque on the patio. We love Keawakapu beach - 10 minute walk or 1 minute drive and there is very good parking, lots of space and a great beach.

“Heaven!” To say aqua Lani J305 is a beautiful home is an understatement. Everything in the home is spotless and luxurious, the pictures represent the home perfectly. The spaciousness of the home was perfect for our family of 6. The kitchen is furnished with more than the essentials and made it easy to prepare some meals after a long, sunny fun filled day. The location is a short path walk to the great pools and the big blue ocean. We would most certainly consider this a spot to return to!

“Very Impressive and I am hard to impress!!” Our stay at the Wailea Beach Villas was absolutely amazing! A typical vacation for us in the last few years has been atlantis Royal Towers Bahamas, Westins ,Fairmonts and Grand California resort at Disneyland. Sun Splash is elegantly appointed, comfortable and immaculate, with large spacious rooms. Better than the pictures on the website. Views from the lanai are breathtaking with wonderful sunsets. Staff and service was warm and professional. Literally steps away from shops and restaurants. Well stocked kitchen for formal or informal dining, except for food of coarse.

“Truly Spectacular” This house is nothing short of spectacular. We chose this home for a family get-together and it worked perfectly. The Master Suite gave my husband and me the privacy we wanted, while our children and grandchildren had their own privacy. Each bedroom has its own bath. Everything was provided and ready for us upon arrival. We had T-times for golf, paddle boards, sea kayaks, snorkeling gear, as well as high chairs and cribs. Nothing was overlooked. We even took the opportunity to have a private chef (highly recommend just for the experience) cook dinner four different evenings, as well as adding on some additional cleaning. The sunsets were beautiful, the whales were breeching and the turtles surfed up to the rocky beach every night. Because of a tropical storm, we were able to watch professional surfers from our chairs on the grass. The larger hotels are within walking distance, but other than using the Spa facility at the Four Seasons, we felt no reason to leave this beautiful property. The management of Tropical Villa Vacations were extremely professional and easy to work with. For a group I would highly recommend this home. Everyone in our family had such a relaxing get-away that we plan to make this a bi-annual vacation and can't wait for 2016. There is nothing better than spending quality time with family, and this is the house to spend it in...truly spectacular!

“The unit far exceeded out epectations!!” Th villa was as beautiful as presented on line. Very spacious and , well appointed. The kitchen featured high end appliances not normally seen in rental units. Beautiful decor. The owner has clearly put a lot of thought and resources into the comfort of his guests, right down to a fully stocked executive bar to every kitchen gadget you could possibly think of!!! The location was perfect. The unit was strategically located between the adults only and family pools... just s two minute walk to the beach. The concierge and rental agents were a pleasure to deal with and usually responded to any request within a hour. Great unit! Great experience!

“Wonderful place to stay” This was our second time in renting from Tropical Villa Vacations. They are always helpful with anything that we have asked. They had boogie boards ready for the boys at our condo when we arrived and they also found a place for us to have Easter Brunch and made the reservations for us. The home was great for our family of 5. It had everything that we could have asked for and much more. My youngest's favortie part was that the balcony looked over the pool. He would stand out there every night and wait for the other people to leave and as soon as they did we headed down and had it all to ourselves. There was a great coffee stand just outside the properties gates. It was fun to walk on the pathway between all the other resorts to check out what they had but we still liked ours the best. More private and quiet. We loved having our own parking space in the garage with direct access to our elevator to our Villa. We didn't spend a whole lot of time on the beach there but it was clean and very nice to have someone come and set up a chair for you with towels. The waves were pretty mild for smaller children or less daring folks. Our boys preferred the bigger waves so we spent time at other beaches. I would recommend staying here to anyone. The facilities were well taken care of and staff were very friendly and helpful if you needed anything.

“This was the perfect vacation rental.” This was a beautifully appointed rental in a wonderful location. For a family, this is fantastic as the Wailea Beach Villas are right on the beach and next door to a great shopping center with restaurants. The condo was in excellent condition and had a nice view. Because it is a corner unit, there is a large balcony which was a highlight for us. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sunset. Simply heavenly. I cannot wait to return.

“Total luxury - we would definitely stay here again!” The villa itself (G102) was perfect. The finishings and furnishings are top quality. Much better than staying at one of the hotels. This villa is so spacious with the grass area and plunge pool. The beds are amazing!! Tropical villa vacations staff were so helpful and friendly, extremely professional. “Beautiful condo, fabulous vacation” We had a blast on our first trip to Hawaii. The condo was spectacular. We had plenty of rooms and every possible amenity. I would highly recommend the condo we stayed in. Wailea Beach Villas is in a beautiful beach area and is much quieter than the Grand Wailea and Four Seasons next door. We did walk on the path to the other hotels for some drinks and meals. Every time we did, we were glad to get back to our more peaceful surroundings. Heads up, K508 gets a lot of noise from the kids' pool below, so if you think that will bother you, you my want to pick a different unit. Another cool bonus to the villas is that you literally walk out of the complex and out a gate into the the shops which was a big benefit for us. The shops have a couple of markets, several restaurants, souvenir shops, ice cream parlor and upscale stores. We have three teenagers so they enjoyed the shops. We would return for sure. We rented through Tropical Villa Vacations and would recommend them in a heart beat. They are really helpful and knowledgeable and go out of their way to assist with any activities and dining arrangements. We had Chef Robert of the Lahaina Catering Company cook two dinners for us and they were the highlight of our vacation. We highly recommend him. His wife and sister came to help him prep and serve and they were all delightful.

“Two weeks in Paradise…” This was our third time on Maui and second time staying at Palms at Wailea. We love the location and ambiance of this condo complex, but the Unit #1508 definitely exceeded our expectation. It is a very nice and well-appointed unit with beautiful views of West Maui Mountains and neighboring islands. We spent many morning and on the lanai enjoying breathtaking sunsets and beautiful colors reflecting of the mountains after sunrises. The grounds are impeccably maintained. The Rentals Maui staff as very attentive to all our needs, listened very well and made sure that we have top notch vacations experiences. We will definitely return to Maui - we hope to be able to rent the same unit through Rentals Maui in the future.
