“Great location!” This cottage is right on the beach...low tide is amazing!! Great for families...during high tide we bought floats and floated down scortens creek...which is a 2-3 minute walk from the house...we never left the beach all week! House has everything you need! Will definitely come back again next year!

“Ideal family cottage” We have stayed in tis cottage for the past few years and it is ideal for our family set up (mother downstairs us and kids upstairs) and is a good value for the price. Although not ocean front it's close enough that it doesn't bother us. We needed to call Sand Dollar because there was no propane tank and they made sure to bring us one the next day. The back entrance was totally overgrown with shrubs and bushes and could not be used-they brought us small pruning shears but they weren't big enough to do the job so hopefully was taken care of for the next renters coming in. The cottage was very clean upon chek in. Overall a very nice vacation and we plan to stay here again next summer.

“Great cottage! Clean, updated, cair, laundry, outside shower. Hi” This is a wonderful a very comfortable cottage. Great for a family of up to 5. Very modern, hardwood floors, central air, laundry, storage space for bikes, fishing equipment, etc. Quick walk to a very quiet beach. The low tides are awesome! Surrounding cottages are very nice. The town of East Sandwich is very quiet. Great restaurants, ice cream, antiques, etc.

“Perfect getaway!” We loved our stay at the condo. It was a stones throw to the beach, which was gorgeous! Close to town, great food, the highway, everything we needed! We plan on staying again next year.

“Perfect for our Family!” We have stayed in many cottages in East Sandwich and this one is by far our favorite. The view off the back deck is beautiful. It was wonderful having coffee out there in the morning. Also, the breeze you get coming off the marsh is wonderful. The cottage was clean and bright and was perfect for our family of 4! We can't wait to come back and stay again and again and again!

“Everything you need for a great vacation” Though the outside in the front may be deceiving the back deck is paradise. The house is simple but has an ope layout that is more then enough for a good size family. It is great that they leave some basic and not so basic supplies there as you always forget something. It was truly the best vacation my family has had. With a house right on the beach the kids had so much more time to have fun. I wouldn't change a thing. We reserved for next year already.

“Never Bored in Bourne” This three bedroom home on a tree lined secluded lot offers spectacular views! A large deck facing lush, green tidal pools offer relaxing views. Kitchen/Dining area with loads of counter space allow for lots of family cooking and dining. We had a great time !

“Great location with beach just over the sand dune.” Quaint cottage on the beach. Great location and easy to get to without alot of traffic delays. Cottage is full of old family antiques with lots of area to sit and relax. Some furniture lacked some comfort but you are there for the beach. Don't expect a condo, it is more like visiting your Grandparents house at the beach. For location and sized for 6 people a good value overall. We will return.

“Loved it!” We loved this house. It's right on the beach, it's private, and the sunsets are beautiful (and different each night). We loved being able to let our kids play on the beach while we watched them from the deck with our coffee. Not having to lug everything but the kitchen sink down to the beach was a huge bonus. If we needed to use the restroom, get a snack, or take a break from the sun, the house was right there. We would definitely stay here again.

“Perfect Cape Vacation Experience” This was a waterfront property with marsh across the street, on a quiet private beach. The photos are very true to life, and the house was well equipped with pots and pans, cups, even bug spray. There were great views from the house, and it was truly relaxing to see and hear the waves from anywhere on the property. The rental company was excellent - key was ready for us, linens and chairs waiting on the porch when we arrived. Very close to 6a - grocery, restaurants, ice cream :) - but also remote location without any public traffic in the neighborhood. I could not have asked for a better house or location for our Cape vacation - we will be returning next year!

“outstanding” the house is great, always a pleasure to stay here. the office staff at sand dollar are always pleasant and handled any concerns i had positively which made are trip that much more enjoyable. be back next year.

“Wonderful!” Everything was wonderful, from the rental cottage to the weather.

“Clean, good location, family friendly” We loved being so close to bay. Very family friendly. Very clean. Would come here again. Our only complaint is the "trundle bed" was not a true trundle with another twin bed under. It was drawers. Thank goodness we brought an extra air mattress!!

“Comfort, breezes, superb views” For older renters this is an ideal setting for walks, long views, easy access to the Canal, route 6a and Sandwich tourist offerings. There's nothing between you and the water - no traffic to negotiate, no noise, no crowds. Do you need a big-screen TV? You've got it.Lots of lounging space? Ditto. Nearness to a market? No problem. A fully-equipped kitchen? It's yours. This is a hidden jewel!

“Good place for families” Very nice place, great beachfront and waterside deck. Good spot for families, if the kids are not too little. (The lack of railings on the deck might be a worry for very small kids.) Centrally located if you want to take day trips to Martha's Vineyard, Plymouth, Boston and the outer Cape like we did. The house is showing some minor signs of wear and tear as a rental. For the extra $50 or $100 it might add to the rent, I'd prefer to have it professionally cleaned between visits rather than relying on the guests to do it. (I don't mind cleaning up after myself, but you can't rely on the previous guests to meet any kind of standard.) It would have been nice to have an empty cupboard for our week's groceries. Instead, the cupboards were full of packaged foods left behind and way more dishes and glasses than you could ever need. All minor complaints meant mainly for management company and owner to consider.

“Wonderful” Our stay at north shore Blvd was wonderful. The view was spectactular, the location was great and the house was very nice. There was a small issue of previous damage with the refrigerator drawer, but we called the office right away and reported it to them. Would I rent this location again? Absolutely!!! : )

“The best place to be on Cape Cod!” My family and I have been coming back here every summer for our fourth of July vacation for the past five years. We look forward to our stay here all year long! The cottage is so comfortable, clean, and well stocked. We feel so at home here. The location is amazing. You have a beautiful, private beach just steps away. There are great shops & restaurants right down the road. If you can tear yourself away from the beach you can also take day trips to explore other locations on the Cape which are all easily accessible from here. We always begin our days with a peaceful walk on the beach, hunting for sea glass and sand dollars, and look forward to sitting around a fire every night. One week here is never enough!

“It was great to be near the beach.” Lovely cottage that was perfect for a family of four. The kids enjoyed being able to walk to the beach. The cottage had everything (kitchen stuff, beach chair, BBQ, etc.). The town of Sandwich is a quiet location.

“A true an quintessential Cape Cod stay.” A very quiet, spacious, clean, residence with all the Cape charm. So close to the beaches, restaurants, shopping. Thank you for allowing pets. Great house with all the amenities of home. Will rent again.

“We love this beautiful house on East Sandwich Beach.” This is the third year we have rented this beautiful updated cottage on East Sandwich Beach. It has everything we need for an enjoyable stay with 2 small children, and is steps to the beach. We especially like the screened in porch, air conditioning, washer/dryer, and internet access. We have enjoyed renting the house along with a couple of the other houses in the association to enjoy an extended family vacation at our favorite beach on the Cape.

“nice clean and comfortable” The house was very clean and well stocked with necessities. A good value for a beach front vacation. I would emphasize the tick problem more so guests can be aware to use protection.

“Cute!” My week at Beachland 14 was terrific. Cottage was very cute and very well equipped which was important to me. Spent every day at the seashore which was just across the road. Fab weather always helps.Will return if the finances allow.

“Beautiful ocean front cottage” Just a small walk to a private beach. You do not have to sit in hours of traffic to go over the bridge to enjoy being at the cape.

“The best” Our stay was wonderful. The place was very clean. The location was wonderful as I am a beach lover. The only bad part was we wished we could have stayed longer.

“most relaxing getaway ever.” My friends and I needed a break from the city this spring and this house served us incredibly well. It's spacious and, even with a house full of people, offers an incredible amount of privacy. The large kitchen is perfect for cooking group meals, and a back deck and side-yard tennis court make for ample opportunities to soak up the nature. Set on a private drive, the house is just a 5-minute walk to the beach, past beautiful cranberry bogs. Even though we were there in the early spring rather than prime beach-going weather, our time spent outdoors was time well spent--quiet, calm, and relaxing. We can't wait to go back.

“A piece of heaven!” This was our second year renting this house. It is airy, comfortable,and it's proximity to the beach is ideal. We really enjoyed the upstairs deck and the living room upstairs. The kitchen is well equipped. We grill a lot and had to fill the propane tank on the grill for the second time this year. That might be something to check before renters arrive. Location is close to shopping, laundry facilities, and restaurants. We didn't leave much because we loved it there. We enjoyed playing games on the beach, and taking daily runs, walks on the road and beach. Plenty of games, puzzles, etc. in the house which our kids took advantage of. We rented kayaks from Ride away Kayaks and they were great- delivered them and picked them up. We kayaked every day. Overall, one of our best vacations. Sand Dollar Realty was great to work with. Very professional, organized, and made arrival and departure very smooth.

“Perfect Summer Space” In seeing the completed interior here my first thought was that this is a perfect summer space. I love the loft and the kitchen design especially. My family often traveled when I was younger, and I always remembered and appreciated when an a unique accommodation added to the enjoyment of our vacation. The openness, convenience, and uniqueness of design here, as well as the location on town neck near the beach, will make for an incredible summertime stay for a family or an individual.
