“Great family vacation home!” We went with my parents 85 & 86 years old for their anniversary. My brother and his family of four, my other brother, and my family of five all stayed. It was very roomy and open. Clean, but just some of the cupboards in the kitchen needed a little TLC, which I didn't mind doing because the place was so nice. Pool was awesome, and clean. loved that it was salt water. We liked the fact that someone from the reality actually stopped by our first day to make sure everything was alright. One of the futon's was a little hard, but we just switched beds. The only other thing was a visit from a pretty good sized Palmetto bug. There was bug spray which handled it fine. It's Florida! Would go back, and thinking of it again. Loved it!

“Wonderful Vacation Stay!” I was a bit nervous to go online and book a vacation home, worrying it would not be as pictured or described but I was extremely happy with the beach house and the wonderful service from Belloise Realty! We had an amazing family vacation and the house was so nice and clean and was just as pictured on the site. We will defiantly use Belloise again in the future as well as request this specif house when visiting Clearwater again!

“Great rental...NEARLY perfect.” My group of friends and I have a tradition to go to a beach house each summer. Finding something that has ample sleeping spaces, proximity to the beach, all within our price range can be a challenge. We were excited to find Forever Sunshine. We rented both the upper and lower units and were, overall very happy! Pros: - Location: you really can't beat the location. Maybe 25 steps to the beach. The beach that it's connected to also seems a bit further down from the super commercialized area, so it didn't feel overrun, even on Memorial Day. - Customer Service: We were also impressed by the customer service. They even brought us fresh cookies on the first day! We also had an incident with some locals who inflicted some damage on the property and they were very understanding and even let us know what was happening. - Space: Both units offered MORE than enough space for me and my friends. We only pulled out 2/4 couches each day and had room to spare. Cons: - Provided amenities: Hand soap, dishsoap, dishwashing soap, and laundry detergent were not provided. Paper goods, trash bags, and grilling stuff were provided, but minimal (or maybe they were leftover by the last folks staying?). This is all outlined in the rental agreement but I think it would be great if they had an option to add to your rental amount and have these things provided for you, since it seems like a waste to buy all of that for shorter stays. - House Design/Decor: One complaint was you can't get upstairs from the inside. I see how this is convenient when the units are rented separately but for us it was just a bit of a bother to always go outside to go upstairs/downstairs. We also couldn't get the TV upstairs to work--granted we didn't try very hard, ask about it, and didn't miss it but just a minor annoyance. Finally, the Tiki Hut outside seemed just a bit precarious, probably could have done with some screw tightening on the seats. The decor is also a bit cheesy, and one painting even depicted the Trail of Tears. Although the painting may have been appropriate for a gallery setting or educational purposes, in the context of the beach house with no educational component I found it rather exploitative, inappropriate, and offensive. Overall though my friends and I had a great time! Would definitely consider staying again. Thanks!

“It was a nice place to stay in Nassau.” We stayed for four nights and enjoyed it. The place was clean and comfortable it had all the amenities of home except a blow dryer and great water pressure; which is typical all over the island. Duran (the owner) was great and very helpful when I had requests. I recommend using the bus service to get around we felt very safe and the locals were very friendly. The pool is clean and well kept or the beach is an easy 15 minutes walk. On one of our trips to the beach we met a lady named Betty who sells fresh ingredients down by the fish docks. She provided us with recipes on how to cook fresh snapper and white crab as well as all the necessary ingredients; it was fantastic. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

“"My first visit to Nassau, Bahamas was quite an experience."” Eager to get out on the water my first day there, I had scheduled various boating excursions prior to arriving to Nassau. Despite cancellations of my pre-paid excursions (due to it being off-season), Bridgette, with Tangerine Sunsets(at Montagu Villas)went beyond the call of duty to try and find similar activities that week, calling me in the evenings with her updates, and to ask how my day went. She did recommend walking down to the Ferry Terminal on Paradise Island (immediately off the Exit Bridge)and getting there early to see if there were any openings for day trips to the out-islands. I did manage to get the last seat on a speed boat to Exuma. Excellent! First day back at the villas, my room was clean and equipped with a kitchen with pots, pans, and dishes, etc. so I was able to prepare breakfast and dinner daily while enjoying lunch on the town. Montagu Villas is protected within a gated community, is on the bus line, and is about a 15 minute walk to the Montagu Bay beach or 50-60 minute walk to downtown. The air conditioner in the bedroom worked well as did the two ceiling fans and there was plenty of hot water in the shower. The only recommendation for improvement would be to add dish towels and measuring cups in the kitchen and brochures of activities in the sitting room. Recommended restaurant and activities: "Oh andros"(Fish Fry-near the zoo, #10 bus or 15 minute walk from downtown),Athena Cafe (Greek-downtown, eat outside), Graycliffe Chocolate Shop - the "Interactive" chocolate making class-1 hour, and Islandz.com 2 hour tour called "Monuments and Memories" with Maria Lee. Relish a quiet beach at Goodman's Bay where locals go (west side of island, west of the Fish Fry)or the noisier-crowded-very touristy-MTV crowd but beautiful long beach at Cabbage Beach (on Paradise Island. All in all, for my first visit to Nassau, my stay at Tangerine Sunsets was a sigh of relief. Travelling solo,I knew I was in good hands and am glad I choose Tangerine Sunsets.

“Peaceful, homey cabin on bay near Gulf beaches” We loved this cabin! I hung out on the wayside dock with a crane next door while watching beautiful sunsets. The Gulf beaches are close by, easy to access, and not crowded. The cabin reminds me of what Gulf Shores used to be like before all the development on the beach. This is a wonderful site for a family vacation.

“Little Slice of Heaven” Smack-dab in the middle of the high rises is this perfect little house. Steps from the beach. Everything we could imagine was provided including beach chairs and beach towels. The back porch was a great spot to drink coffee in the mornings or get out of the sun in the evening. The upper deck was another feature we loved with the ocean view. Bocci ball was a fun afternoon activity. Restaurants, ice cream, convenience stores were just a short walk down the brick road. We had 7 in our group and had more than enough room. We hope to visit again soon!
