“It's Delightful, It's Delicious, It's De-lovely!” One would think that Cole Porter wrote those lyrics after visiting Ye Olde Manor House! The owners, Karen Fulbright-Anderson and John anderson, are a delightful, warm, welcoming couple. They are so friendly and engaging that you feel at home almost as soon as you arrive. And their home reminds me of an English Country Cottage with the many comfortable seating areas and nooks and crannies expected. There is also a beautiful green lawn with several flowering beds and many lovely spots for sitting. But the piece de resistance of the public areas is the year-round indoor/outdoor pool, with a depth of no more than 5 feet, which makes it perfect for swimmers and non-swimmers (me) alike. First, and most importantly, each guest room has it's own private bath stocked with lovely smelling potions and lotions, big, soft, fluffy bath towels and anything else that you might need. Second, the rooms are lovely. I stayed in the 'Oak Room', which is filled with antique oak furniture and is perfect for one person. There is a chair for reading, a beautiful antique trunk that you can sit on use for your luggage and antique lamps, doilies and trinkets. There were two other guest rooms nearby, but I slept like a baby and never heard anyone else! The breakfast that John and Karen offer negates the need for lunch! You have a choice of Vegan, Vegetarian or the Meat and Dairy eaters breakfast, and everything they prepare is delicious! Finally, there are plenty of other things to do nearby-walking around the Lake, hiking, visiting the quaint Town of Elkhorn, attending concerts and, my favorite, antique fairs!! My long weekend at Ye Olde Manor House was so enjoyable and relaxing that it left me feeling as though I'd spent a week at a spa. Writing about it is making me feel the same way all over again. I can't wait to visit again!!!

“Fantastic facility with equally wonderful hospitality” The facility was rustically beautiful, clean, spacious and charming. Both Dan and Loraine were kind and met every one of our needs. The kitchen was filled with every conceivable appliance in perfect condition. We could not have had a better facility for the days we stayed. The beauty of the Wisconsin countryside was visible from every room. Also Dan was very gracious to show some of our relatives his farm and the deer.

“Harbor Loft Perfection!!” Sarah, Our sincere thanks for a wonderful first time visit to the Harbor Loft. Wow! Amazing loft. So much more than we expected. Plus, your hospitality and Jessica's welcome were the best! I can see why people love coming to Kewaunee when they have a place like yours to use. You have a true gem and you can count on us returning and telling all of our friends as well. Exceptional amenities and charm galore in the loft. Nothing was left to chance and we really appreciated the off the street parking! We also appreciated the restaurant reco's and we spent 2 of our 3 nights enjoying great food and views at Port O Call. Great time watching the boats come in and out and getting the local flavor. Our final night we went to Gibbs, just 10 minutes south and I had as good a rib-eye steak as I have ever had (and I have had a lot!!). We got to every place we had hoped as the weather was perfect (Sturgeon Bay for a boat ride, Carlsville for wine, and of course Green Bay and to Lombardi Stadium). Every night we'd find a new place to sit and enjoy the evening outdoors, then end the night on your rooftop deck. Perfect! And, as I am an avid early morning walker, Kewauness is ideal for this. With the harbor, Hawthorne Lane and the wonderful hilled neighborhoods, there was something new to see everyday. I especially enjoyed the view from Holy Rosary Church overlooking the river and marshland. We hope the rest of the summer is good for you. “A very relaxing and beautiful place.” The owners are very organized and friendly. Our cabin was very relaxing with great scenery and all the amenities of home plus more. The large deck was very nice with lots of seating, the hot tub, and outside stereo speakers. The location is tucked back in a beautiful secluded area. The directions they provided were easy to follow. We look forward to our next visit so we can enjoy fishing in the lake. The weather wasn't very cooperative (rainy) but it was still a perfect place to rest, relax and enjoy a good book!

“Super Friendly” Great folks running this place. They really give the home town experience with amenities of a major hotel. This property is right next to a beautiful lake. The options are great for either the relaxed weekend or if you want to water skiing or out on a boat to fish it is all there. Really pleased with vacation this has turned into and relaxation is the key!
