“This is a gorgeous and spacious lake home with plenty of amentities for adults and child. 5 Stars!!!!” This property is on a gorgeous location on top of a small hill. The view of the lake from the house is breathtaking. Our group enjoyed our stay thoroughly and we took full advantage of the amenities in the property like out door fire pit, hammock, boats/kayak allowed by the home-owner to be used by us. The house has enough space--we were a group of 9 people and the space was ample however there is only one shower so that might be a limitation. the kitchen was very spacious and had all the stuff needed for cooking. It would have been nice if there was a functional grill for using outdoors--the one that was there was kind of old and did not work very well. There was some strange odor in the dishwasher but that might be because of its limited usage. Overall, this place is highly recommended for vacation stay. The owners were really nice and friendly and the view and location is absolutely spectacular! My Response Thank you for your kind words. I do want to say that we have replaced the outdoor grill. I'm sorry you had trouble with it. I checked the dishwater also but could not smell or see anything in the trap. We disconnected the plumbing to examine and clean. Whatever the odor was, it's gone. “Paradise” My husband and I plus 3 children recently returned from our first trip to Orlando, Florida. We stayed in the Villa Esquire. I can't say enough good things about this place! The neighbourhood is beautiful. I spent many hours walking the streets with my 3 children and always felt completely safe. David and Nikki did everything within their power to make our stay comfortable and fun! They called several times just to see if there was anything that they could assist us with. They keep this home in immaculate shape. Everything from the paint to the appliances, bedding, dishes, and electronics are brand new. This home is also spotless and tastefully decorated with tons of personal touches to make you feel right at home. It had everything I could possibly need for my infant including; a brand new stroller, a play pen and high chair to even baby spoons and baby linens. The kitchen is fully equipped to help with all of your cooking needs big or small. I even found a sewing kit when I ripped the hem on my dress! The layout of this home is perfect for several families. There is two master suites; one upstairs and one down. So even though we had 3 different groups in the home their was still tons of privacy. The game room was awesome! My kids and husband spent many evenings enjoying the x box, pool table etc. We also spent hours on end enjoying the heated pool! The kids loved it so much we had a hard time convincing them to leave the house to hit the parks! Disney is a close 15 minutes, Sea World 25, Busch Gardens 1 hour, and Cape Canaveral Beach a hair over an hour. There are also loads of restaurants nearby such as Olive Garden, Long Horn, Chilies, and applebee's. Plus a choice choice of shopping centres and outlets. the grocery, post office and Walmart were literally a five minute drive down the street. We absolutely loved Florida and this beautiful home and hope to return soon. Thank you David and Nikki for making our stay perfect and our trip one we will never forget!

“Everything you could ever imagine !!!” My new Wife and I just got back from our stay. We held our Wedding there. We had both our immediate families stay with us during 3 days of our 4 day stay. Plenty of room for all, we had 15 adults and 8 kids total. This place is just so amazing. My wife and I toured it prior to our stay and missed so many things because there is so much detail. Our favorite place was the pool area. The day after our wedding some of us hung out at the pool for a couple of hours. The kids all had a blast between the pool slide, video games, ball pit, mini golf, and movie room. This made it easy for us to focus on set up and tear down for the wedding. We had 220 guest during our day and everyone loved the place. Biggest question was how did you find this place. Great photos from our day hit facebook immediately with babies on the Carousels,kids playing mini golf, and people around the tropical pool setting. Andrew, Felicia, and his staff were very helpful. Andrew answered all our questions with fast response times through out the planning. Felicia was there when we checked in and ensured we were settled and answered any last minute questions. The detail andrew put into his Estate is amazing. Every thing out there takes you away from your everyday. We are so lucky that such an awesome place was shared with our family and friends to enjoy. It was the perfect place to hold our special day. The last day I spent an hour taking photos of the Estate in which I noticed the incredible landscape,a touch that just simply takes your breath away on the beauty of life. Andrew thought of it all. The only down fall, which was our fault, is that we did not have enough time to enjoy everything. This was due to a short stay, wedding set up and tear down. Our next stay will be longer. My older Sister from Philly was talking about a family meet up next year. Boy I Hope so. All our Wedding dreams came true. Thank you Ever after Estate and Thank you andrew.

“Another perfect stay!” It couldn't have been more perfect! Christmas and New Years in paradise. Of course, we are biased, we are the owners, but every time we get to come and enjoy our house we thank our lucky stars that we bought it. Its a great mix of comfort and luxury and we love our afternoon snacks and a drink while watching the sun go down. This year we had the family down again for Christmas (on the lanai!) So much fun to entertain at the big table and share a meal. Even though it was a bit chilly we turned on the pool heat and had a consistent 90 degrees...the moonlight swims were fabulous! Whats also great is that it is such a quick drive over to the beach, we can just hop in the car in within 15 min be down there for the sunset, New Year's fireworks or just a stroll. Looking forward to our next visit!! We hope you will enjoy the house as much was we do!

“Unique and beautiful...heavy on the character...” I'm a frequent visitor of the 'ette. I love the location (right off the main drag) but enjoy its solitude (wooded median...long drive way). Its sort of like a studio apartment in the woods. its close to many of the wineries, The Red Newt and Stone Cat restaurants and a gas/quick mart. When Wine tasting its easy to swing by and change clothes/use the facilities/take a nap (comfy beds) and unload your recent purchases. The owners are friendly and helpful. The grounds are spacious with a nice walking trail. For what you get for the price its really a great secret. So why share a secret? I'm not there long enough or frequent enough to keep it to myself...like a cool song, I shouldn't be singing it alone (especially if you've heard my voice).

“It's Delightful, It's Delicious, It's De-lovely!” One would think that Cole Porter wrote those lyrics after visiting Ye Olde Manor House! The owners, Karen Fulbright-Anderson and John anderson, are a delightful, warm, welcoming couple. They are so friendly and engaging that you feel at home almost as soon as you arrive. And their home reminds me of an English Country Cottage with the many comfortable seating areas and nooks and crannies expected. There is also a beautiful green lawn with several flowering beds and many lovely spots for sitting. But the piece de resistance of the public areas is the year-round indoor/outdoor pool, with a depth of no more than 5 feet, which makes it perfect for swimmers and non-swimmers (me) alike. First, and most importantly, each guest room has it's own private bath stocked with lovely smelling potions and lotions, big, soft, fluffy bath towels and anything else that you might need. Second, the rooms are lovely. I stayed in the 'Oak Room', which is filled with antique oak furniture and is perfect for one person. There is a chair for reading, a beautiful antique trunk that you can sit on use for your luggage and antique lamps, doilies and trinkets. There were two other guest rooms nearby, but I slept like a baby and never heard anyone else! The breakfast that John and Karen offer negates the need for lunch! You have a choice of Vegan, Vegetarian or the Meat and Dairy eaters breakfast, and everything they prepare is delicious! Finally, there are plenty of other things to do nearby-walking around the Lake, hiking, visiting the quaint Town of Elkhorn, attending concerts and, my favorite, antique fairs!! My long weekend at Ye Olde Manor House was so enjoyable and relaxing that it left me feeling as though I'd spent a week at a spa. Writing about it is making me feel the same way all over again. I can't wait to visit again!!!

“Cute, convenient, quite cottage.” My wife and I stayed here for four night at the end of July. It is a cute rustic cabin with room for two - four people. It is close to everything in the Traverse area. Nestled on Duck lake peninsula, it is a great place for fishing. I caught 4 large-mouth bass out of the nearby canal alone. The owner is very nice and prompt in her responses. The peninsula has four different spots where you can access the lake. Good if you are looking for a quick weekend getaway!

“Fantastic” We could not speak more highly of this beautiful and well positioned villa. The managing agents are brilliant and nothing is too much trouble. The pool was always warm and inviting. We had the best holiday, largely due to the fact that out accommodation was worry free and great for the quiet days. Thanks to all involved and will definitely be coming again. “Great property. Highly recommended.” This property is even nicer than it appears in the photographs. The house is clean, comfortable, open and airy. The kitchen is contemporary and well appointed. The master bedroom is a tranquil retreat with its high ceilings, plush bed, solarium and beautiful en-suite bathroom. The living room/dining area are bright and have nice views of the adjoining golf course. The pool area is nicely landscaped and is a great place to enjoy coffee in the morning or dinner in the evening. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. My family and I had a terrific stay here.

“We all love the place” This house is both casual and luxurious. The lakeside house has great beds, nice sheets, a well-equipped kitchen, an amazing open and scenic living room, a lovely garden surrounding the house and lots to do in the area. I've enjoyed walking on and exploring the area along the shore, wading out into the lake to swim, relaxing in the hammock, and cycling on the many country roads. I've stayed there several times, with and without my kids, and we all love the place.

“Truly Amazing” Storytellers the most amazing place to stay. I will definitely return. The owner was always prompt on responding to emails and went above and beyond helping us with our stay. My family and I enjoyed the pool, the cinema, and spa during our stay. We had absolutely no problems with our stay at Storytellers. My 5 year old granddaughter loved the Frozen Room and didn't want to come home. The house is so inviting and beautiful. This house is a must if you are planning a trip to Kissimmee area.

“Outstanding Villa in a beautiful surroundings.” We are a family of 5, stayed at the this Lakeside Luxury Villa for 9 weeks total. The house is so beautiful with all that is needed when staying with kids. Very spacious house and lots of things to do, table tennis, soccer game and Playstation game console where everybody can play. Giant TV with hundreds of satelite tv-channels. The pool area is simply fantastic, big south facing screen and large pool - sitting out there and watch the sunset is so lovely. We have rented lots of houes before in Florid and this is simply the best one we have rented. The house is close to supermarkets, mall, Disney and all kinds of activities and shopping. “Superb orlando villa - fantastic family home away from home” This was our first ever booking with HomeAway/VRBO and we were immediately drawn by the description, photos and other reviews on the site for Lakeview House. We decided to go for it (a family of 3 adults, 2 children) and the booking process was seamless - Derek, the owner, was in constant touch and with very useful information ahead of arrival. Although our flight from the UK had a bit of a glitch (meaning we arrived in the dead of night) we found the place without issue. There is always a nagging doubt with 'owner direct' type sites that pictures can be taken to flatter, or camera angles used to conceal. However, this is completely without warrant in this case and I can categorically guarantee that what you see in the pictures is absolutely what you get in real life! Think that wonderful vista over the lake behind Mickey and Minnie framing the fountain is an illusion? Absolutely not, it's that fantastic. Think the pictures of the pool and spa look too good to be true? Well believe it, we enjoyed them to the full. Games room really that capable? Oh yes, my son and I enjoyed the pool table and the air hockey immensely. This villa was perfect, and as travellers a long way from home, it was a joy to stay in. Location was excellent - to the west end of the '192' so great for driving to the parks and in a quiet and tidy residential street. As there is no-one immediately to the right of this villa (there's a small 'inlet' from the lake) there is a 'semi-detached' feel to it which adds to the sense of open-ness and space when out the back. Facilities were superb, kitchen well appointed, TVs everywhere. Missing 'ice hockey' pucks were spotted before we arrived and dealt with proactively - this villa is clearly well managed and Derek gave us a ring mid-stay to check everything was ok. Beds were comfy and air con and fans meant the villa was always a welcome and refreshing haven at the end of tough day in the parks. It was an intense two weeks for us as a family, as we were doing the Disney and Universal 'thing' to the max but the villa was everything we hoped for and more. We whole-heartedly recommend this villa either as a base for doing the Orlando 'Madness' or simply as somewhere to stay 24/7 and soak up the sun quietly.
