“Super fabulous, very happy family...” The property and villa is exceptional. Very well decorated and has the best vibe for entertaining. Mimi was our concierge and was very helpful and welcoming. This was a surprise trip for my family. All they knew before hand was cancun airport. I had pre arranged night time chef service. That was a+. we had 15 people who were all accomadated for at ease. Anna Paulo was our main chef. She made beautiful desserts! We also had Martin as a daytime bartender, he made sure everyone had a beverage from the dock to the pool to the garden. Good stuff :) The family enjoyed taking the golf carts into the dolphin area with shops and stores. We rented them for the week. The villa had them ready when we arrived in the driveway. Best thing ever was the night entertainment. Worth every penny . Water drums and fire dancers. 1 hour show. So amazing. You feel the drums and the water color splashing about with heat from the fire ...it's quite impressive, must see! I'm already making plans for the next trip back. We felt safe. Had everything a large group needed. Very accomadating. Playa Del Carmen was pretty close by by taxi. Bring water shoes if you go in the ocean. My next trip will include a tequila tasting at villa for one of the nights and a day trip to the salt caves and everything else the same :) Super Fabulous Vacation @ Hacienda Del Mar!! “Its like taken out of a magazine, a place to spend the vacations you deserve!” The penthouse itself is a dream come true. The pictures embrace the lovely and beautiful place, but once you get out of the elevator it just takes your breath away. It is undeniable that Cancun was an unforgettable experience, and one of the main reasons is because of penthouse #2000. It had all the commodities needed to spend an amazing time in an amazing beach. Trying to find a place was difficult until we fell in love with this one. Tim Miller made it even easier to book it since his help was undeniably one of the best I have ever had. He was super kind and available to answer my questions and doubts. As soon as we arrive at the place Francis was waiting for us with margaritas and one of the best guacamole I have ever tried. The views were astonishing since you have perfect views both from the beach and from the lake, it made it wonderful to see the sunrise from the main bedroom and the sunset from the terrace. The penthouse was extremely clean. Both bedrooms had their own private bathrooms with comfortable beds and space to put our luggage. The pools were also clean and perfect for the sunny and hot weather. The kitchen had everything needed to cook our own meals. There were also towels available for both taking a bath and going to the beach. This place was wonderful, there are definitely no complaints about anything. The service was spectacular and the place itself is like taken out of a magazine. I cannot wait to go back to for another amazing week.

“Perfect” This lovely home, location and the staff met and exceeded our expectations. Everything every one has said in prior reviews hold true. All the recommendations at the home in the binder were great, the food prepared by the care staff was better than anything out there. The location and beach is spectacular for people of all ages. “Amazing Villal & Vacation!!” Rarely do I ever take the time to write reviews of my hotels, villas or destinations but the team behind Villa alma Rosa is incredible and deserve a shout out! I'm an avid visitor to the Riviera Maya, Akumal & Tulum and was looking for a villa to help ring in my birthday with some friends. The communication between Marina at Riviera Maya Haciendas was incredible - quick response, courteous and happy to accommodate every need and request. Everything was organized for me according to my needs prior to arrival i.e. grocery shopping, food menus, villa prestocking, flowers, maps etc. If you're looking for a villa rental with a true "concierge" type of service then alma Rosa is right up your alley. When we arrived the house, I was really impressed at the care that goes into alma Rosa. The furnishings, details, color and character are all tastefully so done and warm that it really adds to the experience. The outdoor area/pool/beach are beautiful and well maintained, this is where we really spent most of our days/nights. The bedrooms/bathrooms are very beautiful with amazing beds/linens and furnishings. I've rented quite a few villas in the Riviera Maya and a lot of them feel cheap and have poor construction etc. Villa alma Rosa is a real home! I briefly met the owner when I first arrived who was lovely but wanted to get out of our hair so we enjoyed our time. The chef Carlos and his wife/housekeeper Jafet are the 2 sweetest people on the planet and to be honest are part of the sole reason that I would rent alma Rosa again. The food, attention and love along with hard work that they gave us every day was simply amazing and I was so grateful to have them there with us. They felt like family when we left! Overall I will absolutely be returning to alma Rosa soon but at the same time don't want to spread the word - I think this is the best kept secret & villa in the area! “The best & most picturesque beachfront hacienda on the Riviera M” My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Hacienda Kukulkan during our Mexico trips, and consider it by far, the most gorgeous private home on the beautiful Mayan coastline! So look no further, you have found your dream vacation home in the Caribbean! From the minute we walked in, it completely took our breath away! The front of the house opens to a big tennis court on the left. There's even a fully equipped gym with panoramic views of the ocean, all which gave us the added motivation to work out on our vacation! ? The center of the house has an open air courtyard with a cute pond, and pretty patio furniture, and all rooms are built around it, some with spectacular ocean views. We spent many a night doing dinners under the moonlight and breakfast when we wanted to just laze in. The maids did a wonderful job with cooking & housekeeping, going out of the way to make sure we were comfortable. What is so impressive is that every room and every piece of furniture is custom designed! We spent hours in the fabulous pool overlooking the ocean, with music playing in surround sound throughout the villa. The location was awesome! Puerto aventuras surrounding a beautiful dolphin marina is convenient, close to all the night life & shopping at Playa and also the fabulous Tulum beach ruins. We felt safe and secure in this gated community! 3 years later, we were back to get married & the ambience was surreal! The courtyard, steps from the ocean, was perfect for our Reception, with Cocktail Hour by the pool. We hosted our family there, and the 8 bedrooms were more than sufficient to accommodate all. Our wedding was a huge success and our guests cannot stop talking about the gorgeous hacienda! We highly recommend Hacienda Kukulkan as your abode, to enjoy paradise in style! Like us, you would go back!! We are thankful to the owners (Rick & Sandy Spell), Marina of Riviera Maya Haciendas & Eddie, and maids like Mariana who made our stay there so memorable!

“Great Food! Perfect atmosphere for relaxing!” I have stayed at the Hacienda 3 times now. The first time was just my fiancé and I. We loved it so much we went back with his family. The 3rd time was with a wonderful group of friends. This place is magnificent. Each guest room is unique - one room has 3 story high ceilings!! It's so quiet and peaceful with great massages at the spa (the bamboo is my favorite) and the food is so good, we tried to recreate one of the dishes at home. It was tasty but did not live up. Trust me when I tell you, you will not regret a visit to Hacienda Petac!

“God's Oasis” My family and I just arrived back from our stay @ Casa Hacienda about a week ago. However the memories and visions of paradise are still so fresh in our minds we still feel as though we are there. Mattias was amazingly helpful right from the start answering all of questions promptly numerous times & really took the time to make sure we understood everything. Greatly appreciated... El Cuyo it self is a very tiny fishing village in what seems like the middle of no ware.. However, it is the essence of beauty and its beaches/water pristine. Only time we saw other people "Tourists" was during the weekend of Easter and it was only for 2 days due to the festival they have their yearly.. Truly an amazing party and glad we were able to experience it. Other than those 2 days the beaches were all ours. Casa Hacienda was perfect for my family as we have two teenage boys and a young daughter. We chose to rent the entire house as it comes with a king bed in one room w attached bath, and another room with 2 twin beds and attached bath. There is aC if it is too hot. Two T.V.'s and DVD players, as well as fully furnished with all cooking/eating materials. The house was perfect in all regards... Truly miss sitting on the front porch in the hammock with a Sol in my hand. Highly recommend renting a car so that you may travel an hr or so in different directions and see the wonders of Yucatan that lie an 1hr or so away. Cenotes, & Pyramids are breathtaking. Remiga & here family are the best... if we had room in our bags I am sure we would have taken them home with us. She took care of every need or question we had and make the best food around. You must try her fish!!! She constantly made us feel like family.. I highly recommend this area and this casa to anyone who is looking for the best beaches without all the people & hustle and bustle. Its ruff, rare & divine, making it a magical and memorable Gem you must experience. Go now!!! The Hargreaves Family.

“Perfect Location, Fantastic food!” Fantastic...We highly recommend having Mireya cook for you while you are there. The best food in Playa is cooked for you right in your own home! Casa Callaway's location is perfect with many things to do right on the beach, and only a short walk into town!

“great location” the Office staff was courteous and welcomed me upon arrival, and showed me around. The room was clean and had a coffee maker and small refrigerator in addition to tv. Within a few steps of my door I was at the fresh water pool, a few more steps and I was on the most beautiful beach in the area! The hotel staff were attentive and friendly. The onsite restaurant was a great plus, allowing me to spend as much time on the beach or diving as I wanted, and not driving around finding restaurants. The food was fantastic! All in all, this was a great place to spend a week on the ocean, relaxing.

“Love Nah Uxibal!!!” I have just returned home from a wonderful time at Nah Uxibal in Mexico, it is by far one of the most relaxing and wonderful experiences. I swam and snorkeled every day and spent time on the white sandy beaches reading. Nah Uxibal is one of my favorite places on earth, I always feel well taken care of and so relaxed. Victoria and Javier are wonderful care takers always available for questions or help with what ever is needed and so very kind. The property and the rooms are cleaned every day and the property is well tended to and very secure. The kitchen is stocked when we arrive and the rooms were clean and set up very nicely. This trip we hired a chef recommended by Jeannette and he was totally amazing, cooking us healthy yummy meals and such a good spirit and it was quite reasonably priced! I would highly recommend it with large groups. I have visited Nah Uxibal three times and it always has a wonderful feeling of beauty and comfort. Jeannette and Skip have created an amazing magical place in Nah Uxibal. I look forward to returning to Nah Uxibal!! it is surely hard to leave. I spent a day in Tulum shopping for gifts for friends back home and it is so easy to get there and back either driving or taking the little shuttle bus from the main road. Every time I visit I always visit the ruins either in Tulum or Coba this time I visited Ek Balam which was also amazing. I also really enjoy swimming in the cynote that are all over the Tulum area. But my favorite time spent in Mexico is at Nah Uxibal and spending time in the water swimming, snorkeling or kayaking or reading on the beach and not going anywhere. The beaches are well kept and groomed. As the days pass relaxation sets in and the worries of life melt away and it regenerates the spirit. Thank you Nah Uxibal and Jeannette, Skip, Javier and Victoria!!! I want all my loved ones to experience such beauty and regeneration of spirit!!!

“The Ideal Island Get-Away” We've had the pleasure of an annual holiday to the magical Isla Mujeres for the past few seasons. The feeling of joy on my return to Casa De Las Cupulas from the highway seldom matched at any point in the year. Memories of days lounging at the pool, and watching the sunsets from the roof are some of my favorites. Between the home's layout, interior design, top notch cooking and the attentive home owner, Case De Las Cupulas is the "real deal" in Island Luxury getaways. I have visited this remarkable villa with different groups and the home seems to perfectly suit all needs. David, the owner, does an excellent job asking for exactly what our party needs, and stays in contact thru out your stay to assure your stay is a wonderful experience. Amira the cook prepares the best breakfasts and lunches on the island. Make sure to try the orange liquor french toast! Overall, I would recommend Casa de Las Cupulas to all who seek rest, relaxation, attention to detail and luxurious comfort.
