“Super fabulous, very happy family...” The property and villa is exceptional. Very well decorated and has the best vibe for entertaining. Mimi was our concierge and was very helpful and welcoming. This was a surprise trip for my family. All they knew before hand was cancun airport. I had pre arranged night time chef service. That was a+. we had 15 people who were all accomadated for at ease. Anna Paulo was our main chef. She made beautiful desserts! We also had Martin as a daytime bartender, he made sure everyone had a beverage from the dock to the pool to the garden. Good stuff :) The family enjoyed taking the golf carts into the dolphin area with shops and stores. We rented them for the week. The villa had them ready when we arrived in the driveway. Best thing ever was the night entertainment. Worth every penny . Water drums and fire dancers. 1 hour show. So amazing. You feel the drums and the water color splashing about with heat from the fire ...it's quite impressive, must see! I'm already making plans for the next trip back. We felt safe. Had everything a large group needed. Very accomadating. Playa Del Carmen was pretty close by by taxi. Bring water shoes if you go in the ocean. My next trip will include a tequila tasting at villa for one of the nights and a day trip to the salt caves and everything else the same :) Super Fabulous Vacation @ Hacienda Del Mar!! “Great Food! Perfect atmosphere for relaxing!” I have stayed at the Hacienda 3 times now. The first time was just my fiancé and I. We loved it so much we went back with his family. The 3rd time was with a wonderful group of friends. This place is magnificent. Each guest room is unique - one room has 3 story high ceilings!! It's so quiet and peaceful with great massages at the spa (the bamboo is my favorite) and the food is so good, we tried to recreate one of the dishes at home. It was tasty but did not live up. Trust me when I tell you, you will not regret a visit to Hacienda Petac!

“Amazing place anyone would like to call home!” This was our third time staying at the Residencias Reef and our first time experiencing 5200 Vista de Paraiso. This was by far the best unit we have stayed in. The view from anywhere in the condo was simply unbeatable. We love it here. The laundry was a huge benefit and the service was great. We feel so safe here that we are consider buying if something comes available someday.

“The Ideal Island Get-Away” We've had the pleasure of an annual holiday to the magical Isla Mujeres for the past few seasons. The feeling of joy on my return to Casa De Las Cupulas from the highway seldom matched at any point in the year. Memories of days lounging at the pool, and watching the sunsets from the roof are some of my favorites. Between the home's layout, interior design, top notch cooking and the attentive home owner, Case De Las Cupulas is the "real deal" in Island Luxury getaways. I have visited this remarkable villa with different groups and the home seems to perfectly suit all needs. David, the owner, does an excellent job asking for exactly what our party needs, and stays in contact thru out your stay to assure your stay is a wonderful experience. Amira the cook prepares the best breakfasts and lunches on the island. Make sure to try the orange liquor french toast! Overall, I would recommend Casa de Las Cupulas to all who seek rest, relaxation, attention to detail and luxurious comfort.

“Wonderful vacation” We spent a Christmas week on the villa and received everything we were dreaming to have during this vacation - a spacious and tastefully decorated villa, very clean and comfortable; a big and clean pool, and an ocean - beautiful and relaxing. It was a great pleasure to have a breakfast on the patio on the second floor, to listen the ocean and breathe fresh salty air, or to relax in hammock during the day or in the evening. The small town of Telchack has few awesome restaurants with fresh seafood and delicious local deserts, it is very quite, far from tourist crowds and local people are very friendly. We have also enjoyed flamingos and other birds watching in the lagoon just few minutes drive, local ruins, ceinotes and Merida with its cultural events. This vacation had just one disadvantage - it passed too quickly. I wish we'll have at least two weeks to spend there.

“Perfect” This lovely home, location and the staff met and exceeded our expectations. Everything every one has said in prior reviews hold true. All the recommendations at the home in the binder were great, the food prepared by the care staff was better than anything out there. The location and beach is spectacular for people of all ages. “Exceeded our Expectations” Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Julie (8210). This condo was beautifully decorated, quiet, clean and well-managed. Having the washer and dryer available in the condo was very convenient and will make for lighter packing when we return. My husband and I got scuba certified during this visit to Cozumel and the pier which is just a short walk to the beach away was great as the scuba company would pick and drop us off right there saving taxi fair into town. The furnishings, including the king-size bed were very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything necessary for preparing meals. Security as you enter the complex are very professional and friendly. Both the living area and bedroom have a/C but we never used it... we enjoyed the cross breeze from the sliding glass door and bedroom window being left open.

“Perfect!” We spent a week at Monarch by the Sea and loved it! Our condo was absolutely gorgeous, unbelievably spacious and right on the beach. We had beautiful views from our 2 huge balconies and spent a lot of time on the roof at night. The photos of Monarch do not do it justice. We were pleasantly surprised! One of the best things about Residencias Reef is their beach. It is huge and has plenty of beach chairs for lounging. But it is not crowded like some of the other beaches in that area. Also, we were within walking distance to Carlos & Charlies, and also right next door to a dock for snorkeling and parasailing excursions. The condo had everything we needed - a complete kitchen, satellite TV, Ipod Speaker, washer & dryer, AC outlets so no converters were necessary, and plenty of towels. Residencias Reef is a beautiful area with a snorkeling reef right off the beach. Very convenient. The condo is gated and we felt extremely safe. I would totally recommend Monarch by the Sea and Residencias Reef to our family and friends. Margaret at Enjoy Cozumel was great to work with - made it so easy for us to reserve the condo and provided a ton of information that made our trip much more relaxing and fun. We are already thinking about our next trip to Cozumel and will definitely be staying at Monarch by the Sea.

“Cozumel Home away from Home” There are many places to stay in Cozumel but having your own house with spacious bathrooms and bedrooms plus a normal kitchen and living room is much more comfortable than any hotel and you don't share with a lot of unknown new friends. That sets Casa de Paz apart from ordinary lodging and unless you are a tourist in Cozumel for a week or two, why wouldn't you want a home for travelers, not tourist. This place was perfect. Our deck was on the second floor and our edge of town location allowed us the serenity of the jungle without bugs and beautiful evenings sun sets. We had a birds eye view of parrots, iguanas, and a number of other exotic birds that would land in trees just off our deck. The house has two bedrooms which are exactly the same spacious size and two wonderful shower in the good sized bathrooms. When anything around the house gave us problems, Margaret and her management team would resolve issues within a very short period of time. We enjoyed our experience so much that we have already booked Casa de Paz for three months next year and we are cyclist not divers, but we do snorkel daily. The house also has a rinse bath outside for divers. The house is situated a few blocks from two very large grocery stores. The Caribbean is about four blocks away. There are a number of great restaurants within walking distance and you would seldom need a car at Casa de Paz. For cycling you would be hard pressed to find a better location and mode of transportation. The house is in the newest housing district in Cozumel but it's actually on a dead end street and, consequently, very quiet. For price and value this place can't be beat. A month of lodging here is probably cheaper than a week in most hotels on the island and by far better unless maybe you live in a hotel at home and I doubt it.

“Very nice accomodations and location!” Our condo was larger than I thought from the pictures, which is always a nice beginning to your trip! It was comfortably furnished with easy access to the pools and beach, right into the jungle courtyard. We really liked our location which is a bit away from town, you must have a rental car or pay $20.00 per taxi ride, ends up to cost more than a rental, FYI. Cozumel is a very inviting Island, just beautiful. Our only complaint regarding the condo were the beds, they really need to be replaced, especially the sofa sleeper, I read an earlier review with the same complaint, so it would be great if the owner would take note. Residencias is an overall nice place!
