“Can't wait to go back!” The house was gorgeous! We went with 2 other couples and 2 teenagers - it was perfect for our group. We loved the decks on different levels - our group was able to spread out nicely in the house. The pictures of the inside of the house don't do it justice - the furnishings were very nice and the house is well stocked with games, beach bags and a cooler. And the beds were very comfy! We also loved how one of the bathrooms had a door to the outside so you didn't bring in a bunch of sand every time you used the bathroom The house was easy to book and the owners were extremely helpful and answered all of our questions pre-trip The beach is lovely. We had a great time beach combing and watching the pelicans. Maria and Bernadino were great. We had them cook dinner for us one night and it was amazing. They set the table for us, cleaned up and packed up leftovers. There was enough food left over for dinner the next night. We loved Tulum. We were in Mexico at the height of spring break, yet we had the beach to ourselves. The kids loved Matinee cenote and we arranged a snorkle/dive trip with the dive shop at the end of the road. 2 people in our group are divers, but the rest of the group wanted to snorkel. They were able to accommodate the entire group and we had a great time

“Celebrated Our 25th Anniversary at Maya Cala!” This villa was perfect for our 25th Anniversary. We took a pontoon boat out on the lake and renewed our wedding vows in the water of the Bacalar lake at sunset. The home is very private, very safe, well stocked kitchen. The lake was so awesome from the home and gardens bloomed everywhere around the home. There are some secret surprises thru out the gardens that are for surprise as you stroll thru them. We seen alot of beautiful birds s! It was awesome being in the wildlife so much as Maya Cala provides. We used bug repellent in the evenings at the lake and that worked fine for us. We swam directly from the home, a great dock and we kayaked alot along the banks of the lake. Great little local towns fun to check out and don't miss a sunset trip on the lake in a boat. Thank you Sally for your allowing us to use your awesome home for our 25th Anniversary.and heard monkeys, never got to see one but sure think they were the ones making noise

“Sandos Playacar is Amazing!” My family - me, my husband and two kids - just returned from an amazing week at the Sandos Playacar in Playa Del Carmen. We had such a fantastic time and LOVED Sandos. Everything was great - the food, the staff, the facilities, the entertainment and more! Sandos is a truly beautiful resort - the hacienda was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The food at the al a carte restaurants was especially good, although we enjoyed the buffet breakfasts very much. The staff bent over backwards to help us with everything. The beach section was beautiful with plenty of comfortable lounge chairs, beds and hammocks to relax in. A short walk down the beach-2 minutes- brought us to a snorkeling area that was filled with tropical fish. The evening entertainment was top notch! All of our plans were booked through Georgette Flamm who provided detailed information and assistance every step of the way. She provided tons of info about the rooms and the resort, reserved transportation from the airport and gave us other valuable tips about our visit to Sandos. She responded to all of my questions immediately - I really was impressed how easy she made it! I would absolutely recommend Georgette Flamm and Sandos to anyone!!

“lovely accomodations, very clean and concierge service wonderful” We love this property, having stayed in the past, but this was a new unit to us. The amount of space was great to accommodate the five of us, which is not easy to find in an apartment. The concierge service was personal and tried some new restaurants on his recommendation. Overall a great experience, would go back!

“the most charming apartment I've ever stayed in” in short, a wonderful experience! beautifully furnished and designed apartment, the whole complex as well, at a perfect location, around the corner from the main street and 2 blocks from the most popular beach, perfect hygiene, cleaning and dish-washing (!) every day, free access to the local gym... and last but not least, our wonderful norvegian hostess! simply fantastic.

“#10 - Royal Palms” Reviewed 12 april 2013 Stayed at the Royal Palms from March 29th - April 4th. Stayed in unit #10 - rooftop 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit. Excellent facility - with laundry, full kitchen, rooftop patio with view of the ocean, cold jacuzzi tub on patio to cool off and relax, only complaint would be water pressure and hot water - hit and miss with the showers. The 'pool' area wasn't really what I would have called it - very pretty but not for sunning as surrounded by palm trees and folliage - no place to lie out (but didn't really need it as we had plenty of sun on our deck)- but very nice to look at. Was the perfect location at 5th and Calle 26 - close to shops, restaurants and Mamita's beach was only a few small blocks away. Mega grocery store a short cab ride or a 20 minute walk away. Maid service was excellent as was the management - new management took over as of april 1st - Bric (service was top notch). No Tv's in bedrooms just the livingroom. Overall a wonderful vacation with good friends - no major complaints. Room Tip: Unit #10 was excellent - large roof top patio - guest bedroom also had a large balcondy, master had...

“home away from home in paradise” We saw this unit when our friends stayed last November. We were excited to book it to stay 10 days in April. It is roomy, comfortable and quiet despite its amazing proximity to the heart of downtown Playa del Carmen. From the moment of online booking to our last day service by Bric's staff was exceptional.
