“Relaxing and tranquil” This was a great place to stay at. Progreso is a nice lazy fishing village at the tip of the Mexican state of Yucatan. It was a great place for our kids to hang out in the pool with comfortable accommodations. The beach is just a short walk down the road. If you like searching for shells, it is basically untouched (My daughter went crazy). The beach itself is not wide and a bit rocky the first few feet to get into it. However, it is shallow for about 100 meters or so out and wonderful warm water. From the beach you can watch the sunset in the evening. Progreso itself is not a destination really. Downtown is just okay. There are many things to do within 2 hours of time and Merida is only 20 minutes away. There are several supermarkets in town to bring drinks and food in. If you are looking for a great, relaxing place that feels like authentic Mexico, this is a great place to stay and visit. The site manager, Carlos, is a great guy and Jason, the owner, keeps on top of things. We would definitely return.

“In a nutshell, perfect!” We loved staying at La Mirage. It was quiet, welcoming, safe, well maintained and immaculate. Staff was helpful and accommodating, and owner was very responsive and patient with my questions. Booking was a breeze and everything was just as we agreed to--no surprises. The location was great, and we took full advantage of snorkeling right at our doorstep. Great eateries next door and within a short walk. The place had lots of lovely Mexican charm. Very relaxing. We can't wait to go back!

“Purrrfect Get-Away for our anniversaries!” We loved everything about Casa Bendicion! The proximity to the beach (down the stairs and there it is!), the ease and quick communication with the owners, and location on the island is perfect. With the golf cart rental (Thanks Jose!) we were able to make it in to town for shopping and sunning on North Beach and dining in 15 minutes while being able to return to a quieter, more relaxing atmosphere to unwind and sleep after our excursions. Highly recommend Casa Bendicion to anyone looking for a purrrfect get away to Isla Mujeres!!

“Wonderful place to stay.” Enjoyed my two month stay at Robert's condo. He was very helpful and made sure everything went well for me. Condo was very clean and well equipped kitchen, lots of towels and linens. Also available was beach chairs and umbrella. It also has a deck area with table and chairs which was nice to enjoy morning breakfast. Convient stores near by for snacks and necessities. Everyone there made you feel at home. I would highly recommend this condo for your vacation.

“Excellent Condo!” The place is wonderful, if you are looking for a place in playa del carmen, this is the place. Everything is just around the corner ... few steps from the beach, 5th street, 10 minutes from cozumel ferry, parking lots (if you are driving), etc etc .... The apartment is spacious, clean, beds very comfortable, very nice kitchen, etc ... the wifi is good. it is an excellent place to stay. Me and my family had a wonderful time. Thank you!

“Fabulous vacation.” Spent a week at the perfect getaway spot! The condo was beautiful and absolutely spotless, with every convenience you could possibly need. The pool was right outside the door, the beach 2 minutes away,and restaurants and shopping on Fifth avenue just 2 blocks away. We were met at the airport by the hosts and driven to the condo, as well as transported to Tulum and other sites and favorite local places to eat for a considerable savings to us . . . more money left to spend on Fifth avenue! I have recommended Casa Segobiano to three different groups who were also very pleased with their trip.

“A week in paradise” I now know what paradise is like, having spent 7 days at Palma Real, Neville Gardners wonderful condo, facilities amazing, location truly wonderful. “Relaxation!!” Could not have asked for a more relaxing vacation! The condo was stocked with everything that one would need! The complex was soon nice and quiet. Having the bikes there to use was so much fun! All of the bike paths in Tulum made it so easy to get around! And don't get me started on the beautiful beaches! Highly recommend!

“Great Place!” My husband and I, had a great time at this condo. It was well maintained and perfect for our family. Having the pool close by on the ground floor was perfect for my kids and Claudia at the reception was incredibly helpful. I really appreciated all the help Tony provided prior to the trip. “Modern, clean and comfortable!” We spent a wonderful 2 weeks in Playa del Carmen in March 2014! The Condo was modern and clean, esthetic and comfortable. The large pool, beautiful gardens and professional staff made our stay very pleasant. The location was perfect: 5-8 minutes walk from the beach, the famous 5th avenue and vast selection of restaurants and 15 minutes walk from the Mega grocery store. “Loved every second of our vacation!!” The condo was great, lots of room for the four of us. The kids had their own bedroom, with their own beds, and their own bathroom. Bonus. The wrap around balcony was very pretty, loved the view. The beach and ocean out front of the hotel are lovely, although it is the usual hassle trying to get a lounger. Between the people who put their towels down at early hours, and are not even sitting in the chair, and the Mexicans hussling to make a buck off the loungers right in front of the hotel, It was most aggravating! Isla was fun to explore, the people are kind, the island is very safe, and the food was excellent.

“Favorite Condo on Half Moon Bay” We've stayed at 3 other properties on Half Moon Bay and Vista del mar is our new favorite. It's closer to akumal Pueblo and we enjoyed having the services like bike rentals, pool, and La Buena Vida right next door. (It would be really nice if La Buena Vida was open for breakfast, or if there was a coffee shop within walking distance. With a 2 bedroom unit, our teenager got her own room and it was nice to have Internet access. We stayed in unit #3. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. We especially liked the double sliding doors which afforded a beautiful view and a very open feel. The snorkeling in Half Moon Bay was better than expected. We usually go to akumal Playa for beach access, but the reefs in Half Moon Bay are pretty spectacular. The people in the front office were friendly and helpful, although everything went well and we rarely needed them. We learned that it can take up to 5 minutes for the water to heat, but once we knew that, no problemo. We will definitely stay at Vista del Mar again. We might consider a ground floor unit next time.
