“Sandcastle Condo” Beautiful condo and great host. Have stayed here before and just love the condo. Very clean and up to date. Has everything you need and more.

“Terrific Property” Dear Stacy and Craig, What a time we had! Expecting, as many Orlando-travelers do, that the theme parks would be our only major attractions, we were so pleased to be able to add our accommodations to this list as well. The Sagers have made it absolutely impossible for their guests not to have a first-class time in their condo on the Reunion property. And what an amazing property it is! Swimming pools galore (to include my daughter and son's favorite water park with a lazy river) and my personal favorite swimming and late-afternoon beverage/snacking pool area, Seven Eagles. It is here that we were able to really let-down after an amusement park day and relax only to go home to Stacy and Craig's little slice of heaven with beds that beacon even the most restless tourists. I loved the beds! So incredibly comfy with just the perfect linens making vacationers want to stay in bed just a little longer before heading back out to Sea World; Animal Kingdom; the Magic Kingdom, and the the like (all of which are not more than 15 minutes away). A true place of luxury, the Reunion four star hotel is always available to the Sager's guests serving up pub and kid fare all day and night; fine dining; and late night cocktails and sushi on the 11th floor where fireworks from local theme parks are a daily occurrence. Will we go back, yes! In fact, we have already booked again with the Sagers so we can dream away some of those cold winter days and nights looking forward to our next tip down. “Outstanding!” We just loved it! The condo was gorgeous! We picked a perfect week to go, the beach was empty, as was the pool, it was like we had our own private resort! It was also great to have our own private hot tub, we couldn't have asked for anything more! Thanks for letting us stay at the resort!

“Great Place!” We stayed at Paradise Beach Club unit 215 February 8 to February 15, 2014. The hotel itself was very nice. It is located directly on the atlantic Ocean which was very convenient. There was an elevator that we used a few times, but unit 215 was at the very end of the hallway, not very close to the elevator, so it was quicker just to walk up and down the flight of stairs located right next to the unit. There was a coin operated washer and dryer on floor 2 which was useful. The washer cost $1 for a 45 minute cycle. The dryer was 25 cents for 20 minutes of drying time. There wasn't any laundry detergent in the laundry room and the machines only took quarters, so be prepared! There was a Publix grocery store directly across the street which was also convenient. The unit itself was very nice. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and had a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. What I wish I would have known before going was that the kitchen, dining room, living room, and one bathroom are on floor 2. You have to go up a flight of stairs to get to the bedrooms. Two bedrooms and a larger bathroom are on floor 3. The master bedroom had a great ocean view! (The living room also has a great ocean view, and a relaxing balcony with comfortable patio furniture). The other bedroom has a "view" of the parking lot. It also has a door that leads outside to the third floor hallway. I would not have felt safe leaving a child by themselves in a room with an outside door, but since we only used the master bedroom it wasn't an issue. Another negative was that both bedrooms were missing slats from their blinds. The master bedroom faces east and the sun really woke you up in the morning! Paradise Beach Club is located on Satellite Beach which is about a 15 minute drive south of the Cocoa Beach Pier. I would definitely recommend this unit!

“Excellent place” Just returned from a week vacation at this location. The views were spectacular. The unit was very clean, well maintained with nice furnishings. The owner/manager was very easy to work with. The listing description and photos were exactly on point. I would highly recommend this unit. Would definitely recommend this place and hope to return myself in the future. If you get a chance go eat at Black's Grill. Excellent.

“Much needed beach get-away!” We had an awesome time, staying in this unit. loved having the sliding glass doors in both the front room and master bedroom. It was easy access to the beach and the pool. A nice walk to both Cocoa Beach pier and the Jetty. Perfect time of year to have quiet time both at the beach and the pool. The grocery store was a quick five minute drive with plenty of wonderful restaurants within 10 minutes. We highly recommend both Fishlips (seafood) and El Tucan (Mexican). Shopping was close as well -- both Walmart and Merritt Mall. Our favorite part of the vacation was taking long evening walks on the beach, followed by a late swim before the pool closed. Just what the doctor prescribed!!!!! and one added bonus -- the unit comes with a washer and dryer -- first vacation where we came home with clean clothes! and one final note -- the "beach" closet had everything you would need to spend a day on the beach -- towels, chairs, umbrellas, boards, buckets, etc!

“our stay in unit 503 at The Regatta in Naples Florida .” We were completley satisfied with this condo . It had all the things were expected .we will be back next season.

“Perfect family vacation!” We have rented several condos in the area (including another at Sandcastles) and this is by far the best we have seen! Drew and his siblings were all amazing- Drew went above and beyond for us and really helped to make our stay wonderful. The condo is very large and has everything you need to really enjoy the beach and family time without having to worry about buying things you're only going to need once. With a toddler the beach toys are a necessity as are plenty of towels! She could have her own separate "wing" with bathroom and huge bedroom and we didn't have to worry about waking her up while we relaxed after she went to bed. I don't see how anyone would prefer staying at a hotel to this! The unit is accurately depicted in photos- which has not always been our experience. The units are quiet as well; there was renovation going on in the unit next door and we could hardly hear anything- it was never an issue. We would highly recommend this condo! Thanks again for a lovely vacation Drew, we would have loved to stay longer!

“Gives paradise a true meaning!” This unit is absolutely beautiful! It was perfect for my daughter who is in a wheelchair. Lots of stores close by and the view is just gorgeous. This condo has just about everything you need, all you need to bring is your clothes and hygiene products. The master room bed was so comfy! The beach was great, not crowded like the others I have been to. We enjoyed the pool as well... I would definitely stay again and recommend anyone to rent this for a vacation. Perfect 5 stars!

“PARADISE” I had to leave early because of a death in the family but when we were there we had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean. I hope I can return and spend the WHOLE week....So much to do....the famous Pier......Port Canaveral.....and Cape Canaveral so close. 45 minutes to from the Parks....and best of all..."THE BEACH"......Loved every minute of it.......Hope to come back.
