I have been at "te nest" for 6 weeks and I have had a very nice stay in Boston.
The location is just perfect! and the neighborhood very friendly and wonderful
The studio is very confortable, has everything you need and everything works great and if you have any problem, Mr Paul Kosak answer very soon.
I also have to add that is very warm which is very important for a cold winter!!
Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I'm very glad the Nest apartment could be your home away from home while working in downtown Boston. All the best!
“Charm & Great Location”

Over the past year I've stayed in The Nest numerous times. The location, in the heart of Beacon Hill two blocks from the Commons, is convenient and places you in the heart of historic Boston. The Nest is cozy and well appointed with a charming fireplace for winter evenings. The bed has lovely linens with down pillows providing either the comforts of home or the luxury of home away. Books for reading or reference on site seeing in Boston fill the built in bookshelves. But the best part is the thoughtful attention provided to every detail by Paul.
At the time of this review Paul was underway in remodeling the apartment across the landing from The Nest - providing a 2 bedroom, 2 bath capability. This would be a great set up for two couples or a family with older children.
My only caution: You should not stay here if you have any mobility challenges which would make climbing or descending three flights of steps challenging. But I promise that once you haul your luggage up, it is worth it!

This was our first visit and we lucked out with the nest. The location is great. Grocery and liquor stores within a 2 minute walk. Train stations nearby. Easy to walk around the beacon hill area. Very quite. Bed and shower were both great. We had every thing we needed. Dining within walking distance.
My only improvement would be to have one upholstered chair.....Not a big deal.
Thanks Sue, glad you had a nice stay! Your recommendation on getting an upholstered chair was a good one, and I finally found a super cute arm chair at my neighborhood Beacon Hill antique shop. It's the right style, right size, authentically vintage AND very comfortable to sit in....
All the best, Paul

My husband and I used to live in the neighbourhood a few years back, and
during a recent visit to Boston, we enjoyed several nights in the Sunny Studio.
Without a doubt, it was an authentic Beacon Hill experience. Charming
neighbourhood and close to everything. The unit itself was cozy and clean, and
felt more like a home than a hotel. Up on the top floor, we also really enjoyed
how quiet it was. The kitchen is convenient if you want to stay-in and cook,
and the Whole Foods is only minutes away.
PS - Beacon Hill Bistro on Charles Street makes some delicious vanilla

I was staying in Boston for a couple of months and needed a place that was walking distance to everything. This place exceeded my needs by being in a beautiful, historic neighborhood and being so close to Whole Foods which allowed me to cook! If you're into running, there's a great path by the water just a few blocks away. If you're into shopping there are several places just down the street. If you're into nice restaurants, there are plenty of those as well. The owners were completely accessible and friendly. If you're on foot and in shape, this is a great place. Walking up the hill and 3 flights of stairs turned out to be a great workout! I had some problems with the fridge staying cold but the owners are replacing it. That would be my only complaint. You'll love this place!!!

I arrived April 16, 2009, to run The 113th Boston Marathon. My priority was to find a place to stay within 20 minutes walk of the finish line. Downtown hotel rooms were running $600 plus. The studio I rented for 1/3 of that was incredible. It was home! So comfortable, so close to everything. I ran The Marathon and I walked 2 marathons in the 7 nights I was there. I ate out twice for lunch. All my meals were in. I bought my own food at the grocery, one block away. I ate healthy, I ate like I would have eaten at home. I had such a great week. It was truly a dream week. It was a 10 star experience.
