We liked this apartment, including the location, and enjoyed the balcony/deck during our stay.
Initial contact with the rental company was good. However, the morning after we arrived, (Friday) every smoke alarm (there were 4) went off, blaring instructions to evacuate the building. Another apartment owner came by and helped us turn them off. We called the rental company (twice) and never got a reply. On Monday, someone from maintenance came by to fix the smoke alarms. No response from the rental company. Good thing the plumbing wasn't leaking or we'd locked ourselves out. The lack of response was not responsible or professional. We won't stay there again.

We stayed for 3 nights for another couple and our 2 kids. The unit was truly well equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was large enough for us even to prepare a small thanksgiving celebration. The location was central for our needs. Overall i recommend this as very good value and everything we needed. Boston was great, would love to come back in the summer months to get a feel of it then too.
I will be staying at this location again.

This was my first experience renting a condo. Short term rentals was there walking me through the entire process and available to answer all questions. The entire process from reserving to checking into the condo was made effortless. When we arrived at the condo, there was a binder with general helpful information, example breakfast, lunch and dinner spots to eat with the address and how far it was from the condo. The Northampton condo location was close to every form of transportation, and what a surprise when we found not only did we have free WiFi, we had Netflix available, by using my identification we were able to watch movies in the evening. This condo gave us the opportunity to explore Boston and live among the locals in a high show piece condo with lots of room and a wonderful outside area right off the eating area for us to enjoy.

We booked this apartment at our arrival in Boston for 2 nights. We are 2 mothers traveling with our 2 teen-agers daughters (14 and 16). The apartment is beautiful, cosy, very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped and modern : you can cook whatever you want !
The terrace is very welcoming in the evening, you can have your dinners there, 4 people max. Otherwise the dining room is also very comfortable. We had some trouble to sleep the first night because of a very late neighbors' party upstairs, but they apologize when they realize we were there and the following night was great !
The location is excellent, it is very simple to go to the city center with the T-line or to park your car for free in the streets next to the apartment.
We really recommend this rental and were very pleased of this charming stay !

We found the whole process of booking this apartment and accessing it on our arrival to be first rate. It suited our needs, and the small terrace was brilliant for watching the antics of the squirrels in the trees. It was quieter than we had anticipated, but very convenient for the city and the attractions. This is the first time I have encountered a waste disposal unit, and it took some getting used to. However the laundry facilities were most welcome. In fact, there was everything we could possibly have needed in the apartment.
I would be happy to recommend this apartment to anyone. The only other comment would be - make sure you walk around the area and find the hidden little parks and gardens.
