Absolutely the most perfect place for us. It was immaculant and the location perfect for our sight seeing of Boston. The hop on, hop off trolly came within a 5 min. walk of our door. Great restaurants were everywhere.

Beautiful studio right in the heart of Beacon Hill. Convenient access to everywhere by T and a short walk to the many great places such as the Common, Public Garden, Downtown Crossing, Back Bay and theater district. Size was perfect for one person in Boston to work (and play a bit). Stayed here several times over several months for a work project. Pros: Full working kitchen with pots, dishes etc., strong WiFi, TV, Murphy bed, keypad entrances, courteous and helpful staff, laundry in basement, easy to reserve on line. Cons: temperature varies, for longer-short term stays it would be nice to have a few more kitchen items (e.g. baking dishes, cutting board) but kitchen works for cooking.

Pros: location, clean apartment with modern kitchen and bathroom, good parking space but not identified, ease of entry into building and room.
Cons: poor temperature controls ( freezing some days and sauna on other days), poor eating space with awkward desk in middle of apartment, TV console inaccessible from bed or sofa, noise level high.
Conclusion: I won't rent this apartment again although I am very content with the management. I'll rent the one bedroom instead.

I was looking for the perfect get-away for my husband and myself for a long weekend in Boston, and this was it! It ticked every box...amazing rental team, with quick responses, codes no keys which made for easy even "early" check-in. The kitchen is huge! Perfect size fridge and updates all around. The bathroom was very spacious. 94 Charles St is a fabulous location with The Sevens bar across the street which became our neighborhood hang out. Cvs as well as other local markets are around the corner. Sunday Brunch @ The Clink in The Liberty Hotel was delicious...amazing bloody mary bar and cocktail list. The Hill down Cambridge has a great Happy Hour $5 snacks menu with good beers on tap. It's a nice, brief walk to The Commons and onto Newbury street for amazing shopping and tons of restaurants. We hope to be back soon!
