Description

This beautiful place was just finished in January 2017. This beautiful place is brand new and fully furnished! All you need to bring is clothes! In a quiet neighborhood, the house is close to everything new Clarkesburg Outlets, SoccerPlex, hiking/jogging/walking trails. Newly finished basement includes full kitchen, full bedrooms and lots of space to relax. Close to NIST, major hospitals, Soccerplex, Black Hills Regional Park, and Clarksburg Outlets.

Three bedroom each furnished with queen beds, and a full size sofa bed in the living room space. Each room has closet and dressers. Theres a full bathroom, with basic essentials and clean towels for use. The kitchen has a full fridge, dishwasher, and microwave and oven/cooktop. There is also a dinning table with seating for 4, as well as utensils, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster. The living room area has a smart TV with cable installed.

There are stairs that lead to the upstairs of the main house, however the guests will access the basement via the door at the back.

The basement is fully the guest's space. Upstairs is not accessable since the family lives up there. But any space downstairs and the backyard is accessable to guests. There is a door that leads to the basement guests will have access to. Guests can park on the driveway of the property of the street parking in front of the house- there's plenty of space.

The neighborhood

Boyds is a newly developed community that borders Germantown and Clarkesburg, minutes from Gaithersburg, Rockville, and Poolesville. Less than 25 miles to our Nation's Capital, it is also within a driving distance to Gettysburg, Annapolis, Baltimore, and Alexandria connected via I-270, I-495, and I-70.

The house is in front of the Germantown Soccerplex- with an array of activities such as hiking (Hoyles Mill Trail), walking, biking, soccer, tennis, swimming, and jogging. Other attraction include Black Hill Regional Park, and most notably Little Seneca Lake, and Seneca Creek State Park in Gaitherburg are all a driving distance. There are a few parks for kids to play in the neighborhood, including one across the street.

Shopping areas include the new Clarkesburg Outlets, Lakeforest Mall, various grocery stores (Giant, Shoppers, Safeway, CVS, Walgreen, 7-11, Costco, Target and Walmart within a 7 minute drive.

Coffee shops such a Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, are also a few minutes away.

Extremely safe neighborhood for anytype of getaway- work related, family vacation, or holiday getaway. There is everything for the nature lovers, family friendly areas, working people, young people visiting the area, or older people who want a quiet relaxing area to visit.

Getting around

There's two buses that stop in front of the house that connect you to Shady Grove Metro station (15 min drive), which connects you to DC. There is also a MARC commuter train (5 mins), Bruneswick Line, that connects to Martinsburg, WV, and Union Station in Washington, DC and in between (Rockville, Gaitherburg, Silver Spring, Frederick). The MARC and Metro intersect at Rockville and Union Station.
