Welcome to the vacation of a lifetime! Tucked into the woods, our luxurious home is a four bedroom rustic mountain cabin that is built in a light wooded area, close to golf and the Alpine chair lift to the slopes. You get the best of both worlds- golf and skiing!
This professionally decorated cabin has a master bedroom with king bed, hutch with TV and DVD player, and private bath. Second bedroom has a full bed, television and its bath just off the foyer. The third bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and dvd player and the forth has an awesome queen/twin bunk bed in it.
This cabin includes complimentary daily housekeeping and the following technology features everyone is sure to enjoy:
- Wireless Speaker System Throughout the Cabin. That’s right, you can connect to the wireless speaker system via your iPhone/iPad and use the Sonos wireless system.
- Unlimited Movies via Netflix. We also have a NetFlix account so you can watch unlimited movies with any of the Samsung Smart TVs. (they are all smart TVs)
- Local Wireless Internet. We have a dedicated internet connection in the mountain cabin so no matter how many people are at Boyne, your internet will be very fast.
- Key Less Entry System. We use a key less home intelligence system from Nexia so you have a keypad for entrance to/from the condo – no keys to lose.
The living room has a wood burning fireplace (with unlimited firewood for renters – no need to bring your own), TV with DVD player and a couch that folds out to accommodate two adults.
The walk out full basement provides a great place for a second family to reside during a stay at the mountain.
There is a washer and dryer in the unit.
Our condo has a gourmet kitchen and amenities include coffee maker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, range, dishwasher, dishes, cooking utensils. There are lots of windows and an incredible view of northern Michigan from the living room. The unit has a spacious deck with a hot tub that is completely private and available exclusively for our renters.
Walk out the door and jump right onto the slopes as our condo is located down the street from a groomed slope to take you to the alpine chairlift.
Boyne Mt. is a golfer and skier's paradise offering the top-rated skiing and snowboarding and golf courses in the Midwest. Boyne also has the largest water park in the Midwest, tennis courts, Deer Lake/beach and several dining options. Golf, skiing and snowboarding lessons are available, and so is childcare.
If you find yourself having trouble deciding which unit to choose, and there are many options, just feel free to give us a call. We rented and stayed with Boyne prior to buying and we can walk you through the resort layout and give you practical advice. By the way, Boyne rents condos similar to ours for much more than we charge so you’ll get significantly better rates with us. Moreover, once you rent from us, we suspect you’ll book with us again, and again, and again as many of our renters do.
Note: We also rent a different 4BR and 3BR Mountain Cabin
Additional amenities include: slope side skiing, hot tub on deck, wood burning fireplace....Read more

I did not like that the cabin was advertised as "Slope Side." An access trail for the Mountainside Cabins only ran behind the cabins on the opposite side of the street. We would have to walk down the road past about 10 other properties to get to an access point. While it is true a 100 yard walk gets you to that access trail, that did us no good since the only chair lift that serves this side of the hill never turned the entire length of our stay. So we had to load up in the car and drive to the village each day. $400/night is just too much money for a cabin 2 miles away from a mediocre ski hill in the Midwest.
The next closest lift doesn't normally turn on weekdays when business is slow. Then, a mechanical problem closed another (relatively) nearby lift for 2 days. So there was no way for the non-skiers in our group to even try to pick-up the skiers in a more convenient location if we wanted to eat lunch together.
The cabin itself was mostly as advertised. Although we did not feel as though the place was part of a ski resort, it was a decent cabin in the woods 2 miles from a ski resort. The hot tub worked. The clothes dryer didn't (unless you wanted to listen to loud shrieking and smell burning). The cleaning crew left a monstrous load of towels and sheets stuffed in the dryer which certainly didn't help, and we got to unload all of it! The kitchen was pretty well equipped. The bedding was good. There were burned-out light bulbs everywhere. We moved some from light fixtures that were less useful to replace bulbs in places we needed them more. It would have been pretty if the Christmas lights worked by the front door or on the railing of the back deck. They didn't. We called to let the leasing company know about the dryer and the light bulbs, but apparently those things are the responsibility of the cabin owner - not the company that facilitated the rental. Obviously, the leasing company didn't decide to close off skiing on our part of the hill - but that sucked

I took my children and their families and we all fit nicely in the house. It was beautifully kept and the hot tub with a real hit. we do a boyne trip every year and this is the nicest place we've stayed in. We used the shuttle a few times which was nice. we would definitely stay here again.

What a darling cabin, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a great kitchen, hot tub. It was quiet, clean and stocked with dry wood. Boyne Rentals was super easy to work with and very responsive. The ski in/ski out feature made it so easy... even in late March we had plenty of snow, it was awesome.
