The architecture has an industrial look. Perched above some commercial space, the home climbs three levels with two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The main level has all of the living and kitchen area, a laundry area and a half bath. The third level of the home is a bright office/sleeping space with access to a private deck with a hot tub. The home has modern appliances, gorgeous stained cement floors and counter tops, and beautiful wood staircases.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS: The second level has two bedrooms each with a queen size bed. There is a full bathroom off of the master bedroom with a large tiled shower with dual showerheads. There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination off the hall just outside of the guest bedroom. The third sleeping space is on the third level of the condo with a double bed and a private sleeping space. There is a deck off this room with a hot tub. On the main level of the house there is a half bath off the kitchen.
KITCHEN AND DINING: This kitchen is beautifully finished with concrete countertops, stainless steel Jenn Air appliances and a full selection of cookware and serving ware for your stay. The kitchen is open to the living and dining areas. The dining table seats six comfortably and there is seating for two at the bar between the kitchen and living area. There is also a little breakfast nook in the kitchen where you can enjoy your morning coffee.
LIVING ROOM: The living area has a very comfy sofa and a nice leather chair situated around a large flat screen television. The T.V. has full Internet capability, allowing guests to access services such as Pandora, Facebook, Netflix, Hulu and many others with a great sound system. There are many DVD's and CD's for your enjoyment. There are large windows that let in great light.
ACTIVITIES NEARBY: Recreational opportunities are just minutes away as the area connects to a trail network that is great for both biking and hiking. The town of Bozeman has an incredible selection of fine and casual dining, plus endless art galleries and downtown shops to browse. Yellowstone National Park is just an hour and half drive away. The Loft is the only condo we have stayed in more than once. We like that we can walk to downtown but we are on the edge of town closest to Bridger Bowl. The condo is such a great value! The best parts are the cleanliness, proximity to downtown, and the roof top hot tub. The condo is always fully stocked with everything you may need (kitchen supplies, hair dryers, extra towels). The staff is very friendly and very easy to work with.

We stayed at the loft for a week during our ski trip to Montana and visit to MSU. The location is very convenient to town and ski hills. The interior is super modern and gives you a feel for what it's like to live in a modern loft. We had plenty of space for our 2 boys. The kitchen was well equipped and nice for meals without going out all the time. Mountain Home was a breeze to deal with for the rental; very organized and personable.

Three of us stayed in this spacious, centrally located loft during mid March. The Loft is comfortably appointed with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and 3 levels! We used the hot tub on the roof every day and cooked in the well stocked kitchen almost every night. The neighborhood is an up and coming former "industrial" area bordering a lovely historical residential neighborhood. We took several walks/runs in the neighborhood taking lots of pictures of the different architecture in the area. There is a very active railroad in the area - but that did not disturb us for the most part. Main Street Bozeman was about a mile away and Bridger Bowl was exactly 14 miles away - so convenient. Our view out the floor to ceiling livingroom window was the back side of several commercial buildings and an abandoned lot - not the most attractive. But, that was the only criticism I would have of this place. We really enjoyed our stay, we were very comfortable and love dealing with Home away/Mountain Home.

We chose the Loft for our ski vacation to access both Bridger Bowl and Big Sky. Access to Bridger is very easy with the road to the hill right nearby.
The condo was exactly as advertised, check-in was simple and the girls at Mountain Home were very friendly and helpful. The condo has everything you could need with a well stocked kitchen, big screen TV and, of course, the hot tub. The furniture is comfortable, as are the beds and even the bathrooms are stocked.
There are a lot of stairs to be prepared for that if mobility is an issue.

We loved the Loft!! It was perfect for our family! Each couple had their own space and the hot tub on the roof was a big bonus! We were worried because the hot tub only holds 3 people. That didn't seem to be a problem as we took turns and people didn't feel like using it all at the same time. The kitchen was fun to cook in and the young people were especially impressed by the modern feel of the Loft!! The pantry was well stocked with staples and the bathrooms had wonderful towels with soap, lotion and lip balm provided. The only thing that was missing from the master bath was washcloths but that was not a big issue. The location was quick to the ski slopes and interstate. We ski at Bridger every year and usually stay at a hotel. The Loft made the whole weekend so much more fun and relaxed!!! We loved the space to be together rather than sit in a cramped hotel room! We would defintely rent the Loft again!

Our family has started going on a yearly ski trip, and chose the Bozeman area this year. After a 12 hr drive, we were pleasantly surprised by how beautiful and convenient the Loft was. It is located close to Main and numerous restaurants and night life, yet easy to get out of town and on the road to Bridger Bowl in the morning. The spaciousness suited our family of 5 well, with no fighting for bathroom or bedrooms. The hot tub, wifi and TV kept our children busy when we weren't on the slopes. And the well stocked, updated kitchen made preparing meals easy and fun after a long day of skiing. Our kids are already asking if we can return for an even longer stay next year.
"The Loft was icing on the cake for our winter week in Bozeman!"

This very contemporary unit, The Loft, was exactly as described and pictured online...easy to find and access, a half-mile from the historic downtown district and close to I-90. The unit was beautifully appointed with extremely well-stocked kitchen, laundry, and bath/shower areas, including card/board games and assortment of CDs and Dvds. Plenty of spices, staples, towels, soaps, and detergent were provided. Hot tub on top floor next to the sunlit room with yoga mat was popular. Not only was it comfortable and felt like home (actually better!), it was a great value. The only negative was the concrete floors which were cold and could be slippery - bring slippers/house shoes and you'll be fine. As an aside, the folks at Mountain Home made reservation and payment pleasant and easy; very accommodating.

A few nights we stayed in and cooked because we loved spending time in the condo. The deck with hot tub and grill was great. The furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. The only down side was all of the stairs. The location was alright; we were hoping it was a bit closer to Main St but being on the edge of town made it an easy drive to Bridger. We were still able to walk to Main St.

We have rented several mountain homes outside Bozeman and have loved them. This time our visit focused around events in town. The loft was a perfect location for our activities. The kitchen was perfect for creating family dinners and we had quiet time in the hot tub 2 stories up. It was a beautiful, comfortable stay.

The Loft was interesting and unique housing. We appreciated all the little extras in the kitchen. The neighborhood is a little noisy at night. I believe all the shipping in that area starts in the early morning hours. Also the type of cabled, wooden stairs were a concern about having any grandkids visit or elderly. The grill on the roof was appreciated, although it is a long way from the kitchen. The housing and hospitality was excellent. Thank you for all the little extras.

The Loft is exceptional in every way, really. Loved the state-of-the-art kitchen and the spacious master suite. The space is fun to be in being so different from almost anybody's home. On three levels, it's like occupying a modern castle. The only possible down side and why I rated the comfort at 4 stars instead of 5 is that you have to use a lockbox and then take elevator or stairs to get up to the Loft, a bit of work when you're carting several pieces of luggages. Otherwise, quite glorious!
Thanks for your nice comments about The Loft. We also think that it's a fun alternative to typical accommodations. And yes, perhaps the only thing that could make it better is someone waiting to help carry luggage and groceries! We hope you'll stay with us again sometime soon.

The place was great, it was nice to get to meet the owner. My wife and I are both architects and prefer a modern style and layout which the 'Loft' certainly has. All spaces were comfortable and clean and all the systems were functional. It would've been nice to have access to the dumpster for disposing trash (felt bad leaving it outside dumpster for critters to get into - be nice to have designated recycling as well). Home-owner and ashley at Mt. Home were very accommodating when we requested an early check in.
