There is a 40” television in the living room with a DVD player. There is also a 32” television in the main bedroom. High speed internet with expanded cable and free domestic long distance service is provided as well. The unit offers a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The living area is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The kitchen has been renovated with granite countertops and upscale appliances. This unit features open lanais.One small dog less than 25 pounds is permitted with a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee.This unit sleeps six with a king size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Bridgeport Condo is a two week minimum rental.Parking is limited to two vehicles.RENTAL DOWN PAYMENTS:This property requires a $500.00 rental down payment on weekly reservations. Reservations of 28 days or more require a $1000.00 rental down payment. These rental down payments are required to confirm your reservation but are applied toward your final payment. All payments are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Each reservation requires a $40.00 non-refundable reservation fee.The final payment is due sixty (60) days prior to occupancy by personal check. We have stayed on aMI several times and this condo is in the very best position. The condo is situated next to Cortez Bridge. Beach just across the roadplus facing the beach you always get the views and sunsets as there are no buildings opposite. Walking distance to bars, restaurants etc. Trolley stop opposite when returning from Sandbar ( always a bonus).
Great place everything you need except beach chairs.
cannot recommend it enough. Even a lift to get those heavy cases and shopping up and down.

We have been taking a winter vacation in Florida for the past five years. We have been looking for a place to return to every year but never found one until we stayed at Bridgeport 204. While every other place looked good on the internet, we were disappointed when we got there. 204 did not disappoint but exceeded our expectations. The proof of how happy we are with 204? We have already put a deposit down on next year's vacation!
