A perfect place for a fantastic family holiday with a restaurant just a stroll across the lawns and all within a short stroll of the lively village of Brantome - Domaine de Brantome Holiday Rentals in the Dordogne, offers 'Lavande', just one of our gorgeous villas for rental. 'Lavande' is really bright, spacious, clean, well equipped and nicely furnished. This child friendly accommodation offers really a generous sitting and dining area and a well equipped modern kitchen.

It enjoys its own private terrace with a bbq and a nice garden area but the enclosed car-free grounds of the Domaine also offer lots of space for children to potter about safely. There is of course use of the lovely bar and restaurant to stroll to when you don't feel like cooking! Along with a selection of brasseries & restaurants just a stroll from our villas in the village.

The beautiful town of Brantome "Venice of the Dordogne" with its cafes, restaurants, river, park and cobblestone streets is only a stroll away down country paths.. everything is on your door step and a truly warm, caring welcome awaits!

All our villas are within a 12 minute walk of the wonderful village of Brantome, less than 1 minute in a car! Here you can get a bus to Periguex or Angouleme for as little as €2! Taxi service; rail and airport transfers also easily available.

Interaction with guest

A fabulous on site concierge service is offered every morning to all our guests so speaking French is not a necessity. We'll ensure you make the best of your time in Brantome and can even arrange an itinerary before you arrive should you wish - that way you dont waste any precious relaxation time!

“Sensational”

The Domaine de Brantome is situated in the countryside about a 20 minute walk, from the centre, via country tracks and minor roads. the properties and grounds are incredibly well kept, all the villas are well equipped, windows have fitted mosquito blinds and Helen, the property manager is really delightful and helpful. We visited several chateaux within a half hour drive, both in villages that the National Trust would be proud to own! Brantome has many cafes and restaurants, a fair number alongside the River Dronne and the setting around the Abbey is superb. This is a lovely area of the Dordogne.
