Third floor condo, get used to the stairs. Not a big deal once you get the hang. Close to town so you can walk to Fatty's Pizza easily. Nice layout, loft bedroom and circular stairwell. Great location. We stayed in summer.

This was a good condo for our family. The location was in walking distance from town.
It is on third floor with no elevator. It is right next to Carter Park, and that was great for
The children. The stairs to upper loft are steep. We had plenty of room for three couples
And two children.

“Spring Break Trip”

We stayed in this condo for spring break with 9 people. It was a wee bit smaller than we thought, but it did fit us all. My only complaints: Walls are very thin. We actually heard the TV of the condo next to us until the wee hours. Actually went and knocked on their door! The condo is on the 3rd floor and no elevator! That was a drag after skiing and even when we first arrived and were leaving. That's a lot of hauling up stairs. And last...we ran out of TP and called the Ski Country Resort folks and they said that TP was our responsibility! I looked through all of my literature and did not see that, but then noticed it was on the sheet when we checked in! A bit late to let us know that! Kitchen was well stocked. Could have used more towels as well, but we called about it and they delivered them! I'd stay again. The shuttle service to and from the resort was fabulous.
Hello Susan- Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I apologize for the noise you encountered during your stay. This is the first complaint we have had about it in this unit. Obviously you were disappointed by the lack of elevator and smaller square footage than anticipated. This is why we have very detailed descriptions on our website; with hopes to avoid any surprises. I am sorry to hear that we were not as accommodating as we could have been with the toilet paper. Although we state there is an initial stock provided in the unit, we will bring some over if we have the staff to do so without distracting them from their duties. I am so glad to know you took advantage of our shuttle service and enjoyed them. We look forward to seeing you again soon in Breckenridge.
“The Condo was great! The management staff, not so much.”

We loved our time at the atrium 302. We had a large group of 8, and everyone had great space. The free shuttle was a life saver as it would drop us off at the gondala or to the base of 9.
The hot tub didn't work the whole time we were there. And in the contract it says that they reimburse $10/day that its not in use. But they have a loophole everywhere to make that impossible to pay. They also were quite rude when I brought the hot tub issue up to them
I would definitely rent this space again, but I will not rent it from Ski Country Resorts.
Hello- Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I am so glad to hear that you enjoyed your vacation and the rental unit. It sounds like you took full advantage of everything Ski Country and Breckenridge has to offer. I apologize that you felt we were utilizing a loophole to avoid reimbursing you for the complex hot tub being out of order. Our contract simply states that we will reimburse up to $25/day for private hot tub, not commercial. Since the Atrium has commercial/complex hot tubs, we have no control over the service or maintenance of them and therefore are not held responsible for their functionality. I am sorry this one specific incident gave you enough anger to choose to never rent from us again. We appreciate your business and should you choose to return to Breckenridge, we hope you will give us a second chance.
