The booking process though Visti Breck was very delightful, in fact everything was great right until we walked in the rental unit. Be aware, the website pictures are very misleading and make the place look a lot bigger then it really is, which is around 600 sqft. No big deal, we can get over the size, but then we quickly realized the entire place was shaking and rattling. This is due to the paper thin ceiling that separates the upstairs tenants. They were not throwing a party, they were simply walking around. We could even here them talking! All this lead to sleepless nights and early rising mornings, not what we came to Breckenridge for.

This place would have been O.K. except for the raging party going on till well past midnight and started up again at 6 am. The condos are not by any means quiet. We moved to a new location in a different place.

VisitBreck was easy to work with and stocked the condo with a good supply of condiments. The condo afforded a comfortable and clean place to rest each evening, and the convenience of its location provided a place away from the traffic of town, yet within a fairly short walking distance of the shops.

Good location and easy walk. Free bus service across the street. Needs updating. Carpet everwhere, including bathrooms and kitchen. One small TV in a 2 bedroom place. 2 bathrooms was a nice feature. Outdoor hot tub close and fantastic. Large shared garage parking was nice.

4 of us stayed here for 5 nights. My only complaint was that the pull out couch was broken when we got there. I called in the evening and the next day someone came and replaced the entire guts of it. Other than that, it was what we expected and paid for. We were in Breck for Snowboarding and the place was wonderful. 4 blocks to mainstreet. The on-demand shuttle provided by VisitBreck was key. Call the number and the guy will pick you up whereever and take you wherever.

My family of six just spent an awesome Spring Break in Breckenridge. We have stayed in several condos over the years there and I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to others. It is just perfect for a cozy getaway in the beautiful mountains. It was well furnished and comfortable. There is a great sledding hill in the park that the kids will love. We purchased and left two sleds there we hope will stay with the condo.
As a side note, you will need extra towels for a stay longer than three days. Also, the sofa sleeper needed a little attention as it was not comfortable enough to spend more than one night on even for kids. While I wouldn't recommend walking to the slopes, there is the free shuttle that picks up and drops off across from the parking lot that will take you anywhere you want to go in town. Also, Breckenridge Accomodations offers a complimentary shuttle to and from any location. I also enjoyed the underground parking that kept my car from the weather. I would definatly vacation there again.
