We stayed here for three nights. The room smelled like smoke. The beds were awful. I had to check - the first night I thought I was sleeping on boxsprings. The pull out couch was the most comfortable bed in the condo. Also, the upstairs sink didn't work. There were bottles of booze in the stairwells..

I had a few people stay with us and it was more than roomy enough for the all of us. The service was more than great. the location was conveniently close to the gondola for the slopes and an easy walk for all the in town life too.

I am a prfessional chef, we were traveling with 24 people in 3 condos and I cooked a couple meals for everyone in our condo. The kitchen was well stocked with flatware, glasses and china, though we did bring disposables just in case. Knives were in terrible need of sharpening, I wish I had brought my stone and steel, not unusual. Our condo had just enough beds for everyone and was very comfortable. I was not pleased with the upfront explaination that the condo was "just across from the gondola", this is not exactly correct, but we used the bus at ski hill instead. Condo was too hot at night, and we had to open windows to cool it down. Breckenridge was wonderful, skiing was good, lift lines organized and moved quickly, epic pass and epic mix were very cool, and the mountain has been well improved since our last visit. I was disappointed in not having parking for 2 vehicles when it was obvious that the lot was not full during the week.

This is a very comfortable condo. Clean and well layed out for large groups, especially with kids. The proximity to main street is a plus but not really a true ski in ski out location. Too far of a walk to the gondola and not close enough to ski into at lunch time.

Ski Hill was the perfect choice for our summer vacation. Just a picturesque block walk into the town for meals out, shopping and town events. The 2 BR unit PLUS LARGE LOFT was plenty spacious and well laid out.
The resort was well maintained and managed.
No complaints and the rental company was pleasant to work with.

This was a nice unit and close to town. It took a while to figure out how to cool the upper floor, but did figure it out. The 1st day was really hot, but the rest of the time it was cooler. It was nice to be close to downtown shopping.
