My friend and I recently enjoyed our stay in the Sundowner Condominium. It was spacious and had a very nice kitchen. Most of the unit appeared to be recently renovated. The bed was comfortable. My only gripes would be that the comforter was rather dirty and that the bathroom was somewhat small. I used blankets (supplied in the closet) instead of the comforter. Access to the Breckenridge ski mountain and town was very convenient. I would stay here again. The value was very good. It was a non holiday week. But still a good unit for the price.

Walking distance to slopes and town. Quick & easy check-in, check-out. Nicely remodeled, clean and spacious unit. Not fancy but a good value and very functional & comfortable. No internet service. Their ads imply they have internet, but its available only at their business office, not in the unit.

I travel a few times a year and usually rent a home. So I have some experience with this.
Upon arrival the first thing we noticed was the smell of mildew. It came from the kitchen sink area; that was unfortunate because I spent extra money to get a unit with a kitchen so that I could cook some dinners. I couldn't cook, it smelled too bad. I had to open the windows a lot.
The unpainted woodwork was old and not clean, it should be painted or finished in some way.
The carpets were dirty.
The walls were dirty as well, the dark paint masked some of it, but rental units should be painted a light color so that they look clean.
The bed was a nice quality, thank you. I think that is very important.
The plumbing was very loud, especially when the shower was turned on.
The dark tile and tub in the bathroom, looked old, and not very inviting.
The location was great and we loved the shuttle bus. We also liked the movies, although you could use a larger number of them.
With a repainting, updating of the bath and a good cleaning, I would give this home 4 stars.
I know there is nothing you can do about the thin walls.
My daughter was very disappointed that you did not have free wireless in the unit.

I was very happey with the condition of the rental we stayed in. It was within walking distance to lift access, which was important to us. There were no extra amenities, but everything we need was there. Afterall we were there to ski.
