We loved this condo and will try and get back there. The ski-in ski-out was convenient. We did run out of hot water when everyone tried to shower at the same time, but once we staggered showers a bit, did not have problems. Nice fluffy towels, great stocked kitchen and comfortable remodel.

I have been coming to Breckenridge for 10 years, going back to when the properties were managed by Hocks Nest and have always been staying on Four O'Clock Road because of the ski in/ski off access. The properties are beautiful and are in excellent condition. I did have an issue on this last trip in that a dog was definitely in the unit before our visit or the owner of the unit has a dog. I am alergic to certain types of dogs and had to suffer with my reactions (sneezing, coughing, itchy eyes) for the week. Renters should be notified of this before hand !!!

Entertainment features need some updating but everything else is nice. It really has three full bathrooms so perfect for a trip like ours, just the guys. Rental process was simple and easy. Overall a good experience.

Villa was very nice and kitchen was well stocked. I was even able to make birthday cupcakes with a muffin pan! We had a problem with the refrigerator but that was repaired quickly as soon as we reported it to the office.
Overall a very nice vacation /holiday!

Everyone with Breckenridge accomodations was extremely helpful and wonderful to work with. We had a great 3 bedroom condo that was nicely kept and updated.
The ski in ski out was fabulous. Would go back in a heart beat.

This is an incredibly nice and convenient and reasonably priced ski in / ski out condo with all the amenities including a well equipped office desk in the master bedroom with ethernet and wi-fi and a fully functional printer. Just bring your laptop. The only drawback is that it's on the top floor and the elevator is not conveniently located but if your in shape for skiing this should not be a problem.

The condo was very comfortable. We were there with our family and another family. There were 8 people in the condo, so getting enough hot water for 8 showers was tricky. It was easy to ski out from the condo and back in at the end of the day. The 4 O'Clock run is right behind the condo. It is a little off the main mountain runs, however, for a stop in at lunch. But, that was OK with us. My only complaints were with the management company responsiveness to requests. I called several times to report that humidifiers were not working, but they were never fixed or replaced. They also blew me off when I called to ask if there were flashlights in the condo. There had been a power outage and we wanted to make sure we had a flashlight if it went out again for an extended period. They told me that they didn't put flashlights in units any more because they were stolen by renters. I can't imagine that people who can afford a $500/night unit would steal a flashlight. I considered it a safety issue. We were also told that we could only park one car, even though the unit sleeps 9 people. There was no flexibility or helpfulnes on their part. We were told that we couldn't even let a visitor park for a couple of hours. As it turns out there were only two cars in the entire parking garage.

We stayed 6 nights at this condo with a family of seven. It's a great location and is modern with a beautiful specious interior. I was especially impressed with the office area in the master upstairs bedroom. It came with an Ethernet connection and a printer loaded with paper ready to just hookup your laptop. The weather wasn't great so we spent quite a bit of time in the condo and it was very comfortable. We found the free DVD rentals at Breckenridge accommodations very convenient and watched several movies. The only negative comments I could make are the limited parking available (one vehicle only per unit allowed) and the inconvenient elevator which is in the adjacent building.

Great location. Not enough hot water. Only one person could take a bath and you had to wait thirty minutes. This unit has 3 bathrooms but you could not use 3 bathrooms at one time. The hot water problem needs to be fixed. If they cannot fix it, then this home does not need to be rented.

We took our family to this location as a Christmas gift. It was awesome. Great ski-in ski-out location. There were 6 of us but we could have easily accomodated 4 more. Spacious and well stocked. We loved it and would definitely go back. Also a great location to walk to downtown.
