We had a full house and stayed for about a week, and no one had a complaint. Their kitchen and restrooms were more equipped than we expected. It's a nice, warm place to come to after a long day of adventures. The staff and shuttle drivers are a huge help. Powder Ridge is located at a good place in town, conveniently stationed next to carter park where people can just go and slide down the hill. ( The condo also had sleds for us to use!!) I would totally recommend it!

Clean and spacious condo right in a great location. Walk to the gondola or take the bus right out front to the gondola. Ski home at the end of the day and drop your skis at the front desk. RML has everything you need for a great vacation - hot tubs, pool, underground free parking, ski shop, bar and is walking distance to everything. We parked our rental and never got in it until we left. This condo is well maintained with everything you need including a washer/dryer in the unit. Nice view from the balcony overlooking the river and into town. Would definitely stay here again.
"Nice location and nice pool!"

My company decided on a VIP trip to Breckenridge this year and they picked quite the nice place for use to stay. This property is a nice home away from home. Plenty of beds for a group (2 bed rooms and a loft), fully stocked kitchen, balcony among the trees, and a great pool just a short 2 min walk outside. Only reason not a 5 star is its stating to show its age a little.
-Nice pool and hot tub area
-Close to downtown
-Great balcony and master suite walk out
-Decorated with a home look which if not like your home, may not appreciate as much
-Starting to show age
"Park Place Condo"

Very very easy access to just about everything. Main Street is a block away for shopping, eating, groceries, etc. The peak 9 lift (mostly green runs and some blues)is about 3 blocks away which we walked in our ski boots to every day. The shuttle service to other peaks is simple as well. Parking was a breeze and the condo itself is very adequate. We had 7 men stay in there and no one had to share a bed. When I plan another trip to Breckenridge I will seek out this condo complex first!
"Great service...poor facilities"

After 19 years of timeshare trading this was the worst. The check-in staff was wonderful. The housekeeping staff were exceptional to our extra needs. However, this was the smallest, most need of updates and the only 1 bathroom unit I have ever swapped for in those years. I would never recommend more than three people stay in this unit at one time. Is it too much to ask for a Teflon coated frying pan (which I bought for $14 and took back with me)???
