Comfortable, nicely furnished and suitable for two couples. A few basics were lacking such as salt &pepper and parking "off street" is minimal and awkward when there are two cars. Also, the owner park his work truck at our back door all week. There is a one car garage available several yards across the back parking lot.
Property is only two blocks from Main and close to many good resturants. Definitely a plus.

“Comfortable, Spacious, and Great Location”

This condo is very comfortable and spacious. The Victorian decor is gorgeous and tastefully done. The evening weather was a bit chilly and the gas fire place was really nice! We felt like we had all the comforts of home! Off street garage parking is a definite plus. The location is perfect-walking distance to everything in a very quiet neighborhood with shuttle stops right outside the door. The view of the ski area is the best in Breckenridge so bring a camera! We highly recommend staying here and we will be back!

“Convenient but Dated”
Left on 07/11/2014 for a stay in June 2014 | Sarah MReviewed Jul 11, 2014Stayed Jun 2014
The condo was in a great location, walking distance to everything in town that you could want or need. The only complaint was that it was quite dusty inside and had kind of a funky smell that refused to "air out." The mattresses and pillows could use an update, too. Overall it was a convenient and comfortable place to stay for a destination wedding, but far from luxurious.
Hello- Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I am so glad to hear you enjoyed your rental unit location and vacation. I would like to address a few of your comments. This townhouse has many antiques, ornate woodwork, stained glass and some Victorian era reproductions reflecting the historic theme of Breckenridge which could be the reason it may appear "dated" to some people. There were two area rugs in the living room and kitchen were well cleaned in early June and the cleaning solvents may have temporarily lingered accounting for the odd smell, and for that we apologize. Extensive recent updates have been done that include granite counters, stainless steel kitchen appliances, new hardwood floors, new tile floors, new carpeting, new paint downstairs and upstairs, remodeled all three bathrooms, flat screen TV's and a new fireplace with custom wood mantle and travertine tile. Next time you stay with us, please let us know if anything is uncomfortable, such as pillows, because we have extras and/or alternatives to make guests stays more enjoyable. That is our ultimate goal! We appreciate your business and hope to see you again soon in Breckenridge.

This was a very nice place - with a great location for us. The parking lot was not shoveled, however, so we had to shovel our way in. Also - the kitchen is surprisingly under-stocked compared with other places that we have stayed. That being said, we still had a great time and would consider it again. We love being near Main Street.
Hello Denver Family- Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I am so happy to hear that you enjoyed your accommodations and rental property location. We are intrigued to find out what else could be placed in the kitchen to have it more sufficiently stocked? Perhaps you could email us those suggestions to firstname.lastname@example.org! I apologize this townhome's parking lot was not plowed for your arrival. Unfortunately when we get our annual snowfall amount in just a few weeks, the plow drivers get overloaded. With such a great snowfall season thus far, it has just caught everyone by surprise. We appreciate your business and look forward to your return to Breckenridge!
“Perfect -- and only 1 night min. stay!”

My husband and I live in Boulder and wanted to meet up with family who live on the Western Slope (easier for everyone if we just meet in the middle). I spent days searching for a rental that could accommodate us for 1 night. Most rentals require 3 nights as a minimum. This place was perfect! It was very clean, the antique decor was quaint, and the location absolutely ideal -- quite but just a few blocks from Main Street. Check in and check out was fast and easy. When we need a place to meet up with family again this will be our first choice. Such a great discovery!

The accomodations with the garage and kitchen are great. However, the $139/night stay online summer time becomes $220/night or more after the jacked up cleaning fees and B.S. insurance charges. Be careful booking online.
Thank you for your review of our Victorian Gables townhome and we are delighted that you enjoyed the accommodations.

Wonderful service. Very helpful staff when selecting a place to stay. Home was very clean and very spacious. Great location, walking distance to downtown. But for a ride to the lifts picked up right outside the front door. We would stay there again no question.
