"We were very pleased with not only the space but the location. The ski shop is within a block and next to a liquor store which was convenient. Downtown also was a very brief walk. We knew the gondola was easy to get to for the star,t and could ski right to the main street and have less than a block to walk to the condo. We stayed close to here in the past but this was much nicer inside and a great location. We only had two staying but was plenty big for more. Very warm and inviting."

The condo was very convenient to the ski area and downtown Breckenridge. It was only two blocks to the gondola and one block from downtown. The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were very nice. The major concern we had was that the second bedroom is very small. There was no room in it to open and spread out luggage. Also, both TVs were very small, especially the one in the living area. The building the condo is in was quiet and seemed family-oriented. The service was good and any concerns were immediately addressed by the property managers. In general we felt the condo was a good value.
