The rates on this house have been temporarily lowered due to a construction project near the house. But that's your gain; construction activities are only permitted during the day, when you're likely to be out skiing anyway!
This 3-bedroom 3-bath home is large enough to comfortably sleep 6-8 people - that's 6 people in beds and another 2 people on a sofa bed in the semi-private garden level basement family room. Similarly-sized homes in Breckenridge often advertise occupancy for up to 12 people, but not us - we want to maximize our guests' comfort, not the amount of people who can fit.
The home is beautifully decorated and has newly-installed wood floors. The kitchen is clean and fully stocked, just like home! In some ways it's even better than home - do you have a deck with a hot tub and full ski area views? This home does.
Looking for great "bang for your buck"? Look no further. This home is clean, bright, and smartly designed. Its location is tough to beat - it's a 2-minute walk to downtown Breckenridge, and a 10-minute walk to the Quicksilver ski lift on Peak 9. Don't want to walk 10 minutes in your ski boots? No problem - the Free Ride shuttle bus stops 3 houses down the street to take you to Beaver Run (Peak 9) or the new Breck Connect Gondola (Peaks 7 & 8). This home is within a 3-4 minute walk to a grocery store, ice arena, liquor store, ski rental shop, Breckenridge Brewery, and more.
This house has scarcely been rented, and it shows! It's in near-perfect condition, which isn't easy to find in Breckenridge houses. We are open to long-term rentals, and in many cases we actually prefer them in this house. So look no further - this is the place to bring the family!
