Description

This thatched semi-detached cottage is in the village of Bredon's Norton near to Tewkesbury and can sleep three people in two bedrooms.Appledene is a lovely Grade II listed semi-detached cottage situated in the village of Bredon's Norton, five miles from Tewkesbury. The cottage can sleep three people in one double bedroom and one single together with a ground floor family bathroom. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area and there's a separate sitting room. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a private front and side garden with patio and furniture. Appledene is a delightful thatched cottage in a lovely part of the country and in an ideal location for touring.

Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven, electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, WiFi, selection of books, games, CDs and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private front and side patio garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Farm Shop with limited opening hours 10 mins walk. Please note bedrooms have sloping ceilings which may cause issue for taller guests.

Town: The thriving village of Bredon's Norton nestles on the western slope of Bredon Hill on the northern edge of the Cotswolds. The village has many timber-framed 'cruck' cottages and a 14th century Manor House where it is reputed that Sir Walter Raleigh was a visitor.
