Apartment in the French Alps - Serre Chevalier ski resort and on the edge of the Ecrins National Park.

Suitable all year round - not just for winter sports!

Situated adjacent to the gondola lift, taking you directly up to 2360m and into the heart of 103 pistes totalling over 250km's of runs ... and at the end of the day you can ski all the way down to within 100m of the apartment. Other winter activities include ice skating, ice carting, tobogganing,

Located on the edge of the town, the apartment offers attractive views of Briancon and the surrounding mountains from every room and the balcony. It's conveniently located, and is within easy reach of all local amenities, shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, etc. Briancon is a typical French town and is not a ski resort that closes in the summer months.

The modern apartment sleeps up to 4 people and has the following features:

Lounge with double sofa bed, dining table and chairs for 4, Coin montagne with 2 bunkbeds, Shower / bathroom, fully equipped kitchen.

Balcony with seating for 4 with views over Briançon and surrounding mountains.
Lounge - Television, DVD player, bluetooth radio system, hairdryer, etc
Kitchen - Oven, hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine.

Shuttle bus stop is just across the road, and can take you to the other villages in the Serre Chevalier valley if you wish to explore the area further. This bus is free if you hold a valid lift pass.

Equipment hire, ski school and crèche (when available) are all within 200m of the apartment.

In the summer there is still plenty to do with the Ecrins National Park in the back garden. Climbing, walking, canoeing, white water rafting, parapente, mountain biking, horse riding, swimming (lakes as well a the local pool), Via Ferrata, etc, etc

“Super well equipped apartment, great location”

Great stay in February half term. The instructions provided and key handover arrangements are great and work well. Stayed in owners other apartment next door at Christmas and this apartment is equally well equipped. Apartment recently renovated and was comfortable for 2 adults and 1 teenager, with room for 1 more on the other bunk bed. It was clean, well equipped, quiet & warm with nice views. Very convenient for everything and couldn't be any closer to the main lift and ski hire shops. There is also plenty to see and do for an afternoon off - walk up to the old town, swimming, ice skating and shops & restaurants are all easy walking distance. We went to one of the weekly ice hockey matches which is a great experience, and also to the Grand Bain Spa at Monetier which you can get to by free bus. Great stay again thanks, we'll be back!

“Great little apartment”

Lovely apartment, very well appointed in a handy location at the bottom of the ski lift. Finished to a high standard with everything you'll need to enjoy a very comfortable stay! Parking outside for free or underground available at the hotel next door. Lots of places to hire skis, shop, eat and drink at a short pleasant walking distance.

“Well equipped refurbished flat in a great location”

Party was 2 adults + 2 children. A modern, up to date apartment (looks like it has been recently refurbished throughout). Flat was very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, particularly in the kitchen, so self-catering was no problem. Nice modern bathroom with shower over the bath and plenty of hot water !!!! Balcony with views out towards the mountains. The building is in a great location right next door to the ski lift (there was no issue with noise) which is accessible on foot even in ski boots. Close to centre of town where there are many bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. We drove down from the UK and managed to park outside the block of flats all week, although it was sometimes tricky to get out of the car park on cold icy mornings. Would consider using the underground car park 50m over the road in future.
