“Fabulous Holiday” I fell in love with Barbados when Christy picked us up from the airport and took us straight to the beach - silver sand, turquoise sea, superb rum punch and friendly locals. What a start to the holiday! Since then Christy has set up her own holiday business and we have stayed at her apartments several times. The family unit was a great success for our extended family - ages from 5 - 85. Short drive to the wonderful Carlyle Bay and easy walk for the younger ones. Quickly became expert in the Bajan "hello" (easy lift of right hand from elbow in greeting and smile) and generally lazing'. We are going back next year.

“Honeymoon in Paradise.” The most wonderful holiday ever! Barbados is a wonderful place, but without Christy our Honeymoon would probably have just been 2 weeks on the beech. "What's wrong with that?" you might say. Well don't get me wrong we did lots of that too, but Christy made our holiday exciting, eye opening, informative, but most of all fun. What Christy dosnt know about Barbados isn't worth knowing. Christys lovely accomodation along with fantastic weather, great foods, great music, breathtaking scenery and an interesting history made our Honeymoon unforgettable. Thank you Christy x

“Fantastic holiday in a beautiful, tranquil environment” I had a great trip to Barbados staying in this retreat! The weather was beautiful and the apartment was clean, spatious and comfy! “Perfect location for a relaxing holiday in Barbados” This a lovely villa set in a well tended estate, located in the hills not far from Speightstown. As the name suggests, the villa enjoys a cooling breeze making for a great retreat from the heat along the coastline. It is well appointed and comfortable throughout and is adjacent to the clubhouse pool from which the sun-downer views are stunning! You need to hire a car, but driving is straightforward in Barbados - just remember to book a car well in advance in high season, as demand is high then. All in all a great place to stay, and a good base to tour the island from.

“We loved it!!!” On a recent vacation with my husband and 22 month old daughter, we stayed at the Vida Mejor and we absolutely loved it! Carlton was amazing! He helped us arrange transportation from the airport. Carlton welcomed us with a friendly hand shake when we arrived and was nothing less than polite and helpful! The villa was very clean, and nice. Great location!!! A 5-10min walk to beach and cafes/restaurants. My Daughtet loved the pool!!! And we kinda adopted the villa cat while we were there.( my daughter insisted on taking care of it :-) A great place to stay. We look forward to staying here again in 2014!

“Very good location” Carlton was very easy to talk to and ask for help on anything to do with the island. He did all this even before I met him for the first time. So this was setting me up as too how it was to be in person and he was just as pleasant and helpful when we arrived. The house is in a great location and an easy walk to everything you need. We did not see monkeys in the garden but they were on the street in front of the house a few times which was a thrill for us. You will feel very safe in the area where the rental is located as well. The only thing I would have to say that was not up to my liking were the beds. They were really hard and needed a pad on the top of them for more comfort . After being there a week you really felt your back getting sore. One other thing that could have been better was the house keeping. The lady was so sweet and nice to be around I did not dare ask her to do a better job on the floors. It was so minor and we were only there a week so I chose to over look it. I would not even consider staying at another place if I ever get the chance to return. Carlton has my business and I have told others to rent as well from this same place. Well worth the look. Thank You Carlton for the chance to stay at your rental.
