Le Logis du Pressoir offers self-catering or B&B;, set in an 18thC former wine estate. With 3 acres of beautiful, secluded grounds, small vineyard and fruit orchard, it is the ideal retreat for families, couples or friends, in a delightfully tranquil setting.

Children adore the freedom to explore and play in our extensive grounds, while parents relax close by. Great care has been taken in the renovation to preserve its unique features and charm whilst providing every comfort and high quality amenities.

A superb area to visit for those who are historically minded as well as those who just enjoy meandering around beautiful places. Angers, Saumur, Chinon and Tours are all to be explored for their historic buildings, Chateaux, gastronomy and boutiques.
The Loire Valley offers a gentle climate, with beautifully warm Spring and Autumn days and hot, sunny Summers that still allow for enjoyable sight seeing.Within a short drive of le Logis du Pressoir are some of the prettiest villages bordering the Loire river. Relax at a riverside cafe or restaurant and walk along the banks of the river in early evening to see the gorgeous sunsets and hot air balloons rising above the horizon.

Boat trips along the Loire are a must and for the more active, kayaking is great fun. Trek through the ancient hunting forests for the Kings of France by horse or bike and you are bound to come across a local festival taking place, celebrating the vineyards, orchards and gastronomy of this wonderful region.

We have private parking for guests at our property. Having a car to get about is recommended. Transport links to us include, high speed rail from London and Paris and other major cities to Angers, which is a 30 minute car ride from us. International flights to our local airports of Tours, Angers, Nantes and Poitiers or via Paris.
