At the entry level, is the luxuriously equipped lounge room including large flat screen TV & a SMART BLU-RAY PLAYER which allows internet streaming and access to complimentary NETFLIX for your enjoyment, a Sony Playstation 3 with games which are supplied and a stereo system, a dining room, kitchen, laundry, 3rd toilet, and a large sitting room with 2 comfortable sofa beds which has provision to be easily divided off as a lovely 3rd bedroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook to your heart's content and includes a NESPRESSO COFFEE MACHINE.
This entry level living flows out into the garden which has outdoor seating, a barbecue, a toddlers wading pool and grass for the children (and adults) to enjoy.
Upstairs is the main, queen size bedroom with ensuite and flat screen TV. The second bedroom is fitted with a unique bunk bed consisting of a double bed and a single bed above it. There is also a second spacious bathroom upstairs that includes a bath and shower. Both upstairs bedrooms have reverse cycle air conditioning.
Easy Living Bulimba has complimentary internet and local telephone calls, off street parking as well as a portable cot and high chair if required.
All the windows and doors at Easy Living are Security and Mosquito Screened to ensure your comfort.

How does a family of five with three children under five going on a business trip to Brisbane (15 000 km from home) ensure that everything goes well and they'll have an amazing experience? Answer: They book Easy Living Bulimba with Karen and Marek. The property is a gem for all kinds of travellers, and for our family it proved to be a true home away from home. We could not have found more friendly, helpful and caring hosts for our stay – the boys cannot wait to see them again and the needs of our little princess were very well met. There is no matter too big or small that Karen and Marek would not help you with.
Easy Living comes with a garden and a wading pool plus all amenities that you need to feel at home, and as a bonus you get home entertainment tech, games and toys to keep everyone busy should it happen to rain during your visit. Perfect for our purposes, Easy Living is close to many services, shops and cafes (Oxford street, the Hawthorne Garage & cinema, Bread and Butter cafe, Riding road shops), playgrounds and parks (Hawthorne, Bulimba, New Farm, Teneriffe/Newstead) and a big variety of activities (Hamilton Eat Street Market, Powerhouse Cultural Centre and Markets). Safe and located by the Brisbane river, the Hawthorne and Bulimba walkways became a daily routine for our army of strollers and prams. With bus routes just around the corner and ferry stops only a refreshing walk away, Easy Living provides an excellent home base for trips around Brisbane (Southbank pools and museums, Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary, Botanic Gardens, Mt. Cootha) and South East QLD (Australia Zoo, Mt. Tamborine etc.).
There are so many reasons to recommend this property and to thank its owners, but to sum up I just wish to say that they are a top choice for anyone hoping for a carefree stay in Brisbane!
