Description
A boutique hideaway for couples set in a quiet location above Brixham Harbour but only a five minute walk down to the hustle and bustle of Brixham Quay. There are plenty of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants and also the famous Brixham Fish Market. There is a choice of buses, ferries and boat trips to get to Torquay, Paignton and Dartmouth. There are many beautiful coastal walks to take from The Bolthole. The Bolthole offers a comfortable double bed. There is a small galley kitchen offering a fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave oven and a 2 ring electric hob and sink. Tea towel, washing up liquid and washing up scourer are also provided. There is an en suite boutique shower room, toilet rolls are provided for guests stay. We provide a welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits. There is off street parking and a private decking area to take in the sea view. Free view TV, I pod Docking station, free wifi and a hairdryer. Bedding and towels are provided and Electric included. Bed will be made up on arrival.
This accommodation is suitable for couples only and not suitable for children or pets. The Bolthole has a no smoking policy. Check in is from 3pm and checkout time is 11am

“Ideal for short break”
Bolt Hole is compact, clean studio flat. We stayed for 4 nights and found it had everything we needed. It is nice to be able to have off road parking so close to the centre. The walk down is steep with many steps (didn't count them) but OK if you are reasonably fit. Maybe if you have walking difficulties it would be a problem. But would certainly recommend for a short break

“A lovely place to stay”
The Bolthole was the perfect base for us in Brixham. A beautiful room- light and spacious- gave us everything we needed. The host, Theresa was very friendly helpful with local information and accommodating to our needs. Although situated above the harbour, the walk back up was easier than I had expected and took around 10 minutes at an easy pace. We had a lovely holiday and very comfortable accommodation.

“Compact and comfortable”
Ideal for a short break. The Bolthole is cosy and compact with a very comfortable bed. It’s also very quiet. Reasonable fitness is required for the steep descent into and ascent back from the town.

“Great place to relax”
We booked The Bolthole for a long weekend to get away and relax after I'd been shielding since March, and this was perfect. The accommodation was bright, airy and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of storage, the kitchenette was basic which was fine and what we expected and the bathroom was modern and clean with a large shower cubicle and powerful shower. Unfortunately, due to social distancing, we didn't get a chance to meet the owners but lots of communication prior to our stay and keys were left in a key safe to ensure contactless handover, and we had a phone number to call if we had any problems, which we didn't need to use. Overall this little gem was the perfect place to spend a long weekend.
