Description

The gothic Seaview Villa is a fantastic family home, full of original Victorian features, 5min walk to sandy beach and 10min to village. It is newly renovated over the last years. It has a huge garden perfect for play, relaxation and entertaining; there is also a garden shed with numerous toys, which can be used as a play shed for children (please note: due to the current Coronavirus cleaning requirements we will unfortunately not be able to open the play shed to guests); living space with books/magazines and entertainment.

** HOLIDAY Bookings: Minimum of 1 week only, Friday - Friday.

** Bank Holiday W/ends: 3 days minimum

DESCRIPTION:

Bedrooms:

First Floor: two double bedrooms (one of them with ensuite), one small single bedroom, main bathroom.

Second Floor: one double bedroom (with ensuite).

Ground floor: Living room with sleeping couches (suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children).

We have two travel cots for toddlers. We would kindly ask you to put them together yourself, and afterwards put them back into the cupboard please. We also ask you to bring your own bedding, i.e. sleeping bags and fitted sheets, for the travel cots. If children do not want to sleep in a room by themselves we can also provide two inflatable mattresses which could be put up in the parents' rooms.

Dining Table: fits 8 adults easily, max 10 - 12 (including children)

Two high chairs for kids available - no baby seats.

Great Neighbourhood:

So much you can do - just ask us. And we help you out... The following is all within approx. 10 min walk: Tesco, Boots, Several nice bakeries, great butcher, best fish monger in the world (20 min walk), two great micro pubs, 4-6 regular pubs (including some that show sport), a big variety of restaurants (great Britsh, great Spanish one with Tapas, Several good Asians) Numerous Coffee / Tea places, one in particular we love.

Cleaning Fee:

The cleaning fee depends on the no. of guests.

The Cleaning Fee is one amount, which is used in all cases. As we want to be fair to a smaller group of people booking our place, and hence not have to charge them the full, maximum amount, we offer the following:

PLEASE discuss this with us before your booking if you have any questions.

We apologise, but we do have to make manual amendments every time we take a booking, unless by chance, the next group falls into the same category (number of guests) as the previous one. However, we will do this as smaller groups have been very thankful.

Broadstairs Train Station: 20 minutes walk, or Taxi Within Broadstairs: walking is the best option - the House is centrally located. Very good public transport (Bus or Train) to Ramsgate, Margate, Canterbury, Whitstable..etc

“Lovely seashine house”

Lovely weekend spent in this beautiful house. We celebrated a 70th birthday and were 6 adults and 4 children. The house is really lovely, decorated with real taste and a bit quirky. The garden was substantial and very nice (although we didn't get to use it much as it rained the whole time we were there) Only a couple of things to note, the 4th bedroom Is very small, only really suitable for a child, 12 or under I would say. Comfortably sleeps 7 with everyone having a bedroom. There was a very comfortable sofa bed and some blow up beds available but realistically better for fewer people. That said what a lovely house in an amazing location, and very helpful accommodating owners.

“BEAUTIFUL HOUSE GREAT LOCATION SHORT WALK TO BEACH AND TOWN”

We stayed at the house for my daughters wedding in Broadstairs. The house has been beautifully decorated with 3 bathrooms so excellent for sharing. I t also has the benefit of a lovely garden with terrace for meals outside. It has parking for one car but their is ample safe on road parking, at no charge!! It is a few minutes walk to an excellent beach and the town centre with plenty of shops and good restaurants. I have no hesitation in recommending Seaview Villa and hope to return

“Kids enjoyed Lego challenge, adults loved the house”

We had a really nice time in Broadstairs. Little unlucky with the weather but even when it was raining this place and the house itself have so much on offer. Next to the playshed kids absolutely adored the huge box of Lego and to take part in the Lego challenge which kept them busy for hours. We also went to the sweet Broadstairs cinema and enjoyed the beaches while we could and the rest of the lovely little town with great cafes and restaurants. We'll be back!

Beautiful, nicely furnished and fully equipped house, a garden with seaview, good seating areas and plenty of toys for our children, located only a stone´s throw away from the beach. Excellent communication with Ralf & Mona who could also give us some good recommodations for the area - and last but not least we even had a week of sunshine: We could not have wished for more...
