This apartment was idealfor us and reasonably priced. It is in a very good location, very clean, and near many grocery stores and restaurants. The owner was more than gracious to us and kept us very well informed prior to our arrival, during it and even after we left.
We were there during a heat wave and having the aC was wonderful, too! Best of all, we could walk to our son's apartment! We would definitely rent this apartment again.

This is a wonderful, comfortable and well equipped place to stay! The location was ideal, with the L train a five minute walk away. So very easy to get into Manhatten. The Bedford avenue area is alive with people, great restaurants, fun shops and an excellent coffee place one block away. Their is a great grocery store about two blocks away that has everthing you need if you want to dine at home. We stayed here with our teenage daughter and we all ahd plenty of space, what with the beadroom and a couple of convertable futon chair/beds and the big couch.
Our hosts were very accomodating and were in contact with us from the time we booked the apartment all the way to the end of our stay. The apartment is clean, light, and quiet. We highly recommend staying here. We loved it!

Everything was perfect! The owner was really easy to reach, and he showed me absolutely everything in the apartment and also showed me the surroundings. The apartment was clean and practical. I have no negative comment to write about it. The location is great and near the L train, so Manhattan is a few minutes away. Half a block away from the apartment you can have a great view of Manhattan. The owner is really nice and welcoming and care about you during the stay.

The apartment is superb and very well kept. It has all the amenities you need. The location is very good - there are numerous great bars, restaurants and shops nearby. In addition, the riverfront offers a beautiful view of the Manhattan skyline. Overall, Williamsburg as a location is just excellent. The host is very nice and friendly, and it was easy to communicate with him. Our experience exceeded our expectations! Thank you. I would absolutely recommend Godric's place to anyone!

We enjoyed a very nice stay at Godric's. All the amenities we needed, he met us upon arrival, great communication and overall great host! The location couldn't have been nicer, with close access to the waterfront of the East River, the metro station, food markets and much, much more. Would visit again in a NY minute. Thank you.
“Great location, very nice apartment, super helpful host!”

Highly recommended! The host, space, and location all proved to be beyond our expectations. Our host was very quick to respond to messages, and called us personally to set up details prior to the trip. We were greeted at the door upon arrival, were given detailed information about the amenities of the apartment, and were even given an informative tour around the neighborhood. Stepping outside of the apartment you will love the view of the Manhattan skyline. Finally, when coming home from a long day in the city, the neighborhood (very near the Bedford station) is a great place to wind down at a local pub or restaurant (the food is amazing!). Overall, we were very grateful to have had a warm, clean, and welcoming 'home' during our stay in New York!

Had a great stay in a cool apartment in the best neighborhood of NYC. The host was really easy to deal with and helpful. The overall standard of the apartment was great. And you cant ask for a better location, since you're in the middle of Williamsburg 3 mins walk from the center of Bedford ave and 5-10 mins by subway from 14th st Union Square.
