appartamento trilocale in residence inserito nel comprensorio privato Costa Saracena, raggiungibile con autostrada A/18 , sulla magnifica costa ionica, a 20 min. di auto da Catania, Siracusa, e a 15 minuti da Lentini ed Augusta.

La località è un ottimo punto di partenza per effettuare escursioni in giornata che consentono di visitare luoghi di interesse paesaggistico, culturale e artistico.

A pochi Km verso sud c'è Siracusa (30 km), con le sue meraviglie greche, proseguendo potrete trovare tesori del barocco come Noto (55km), Ragusa Ibla, Marzamemi (80 km), Modica (100 km), la necropoli di Pantalica, Palazzolo Acreide (35 km) le oasi naturalistiche del Simeto e di Vendicari.

Andando verso nord ,invece, arriverete direttamente al centro storico di Catania (30 km), città piena di fermento con la sua movida , il suo shopping e le sue chiese e palazzi barocchi.

Continuando la costa ionica incontrerete i borghi marinari come Acitrezza con i faraglioni, Acicastello, Acireale e Taormina (80 km).

Sarete a meno di 30 minuti da musei, riserve naturali come lo stupendo Parco dell'Etna (60 km), e da tantissimi ristoranti tipici in cui poter provare le prelibatezze della cucina siciliana.

Elegantemente arredato, e dotato di tutti i comfort: tv , lavatrice, condizionatore, phon, forno elettrico, frigo grande con freezer, cassaforte, asse e ferro da stiro, tostapane, massimo 4 posti letto.

Composto da cucina/ soggiorno con divano e tv , una camera con letto matrimoniale, armadio, cassettiera e tv; 1 camera con letto a castello,bagno con doccia; 1 terrazzo arredato e con barbeque che si affaccia sul mare.

La casa è completa di arredi per esterno (tavolo con 6 sedie, sdraio) e per interno. Posto auto disponibile gratuito.

Basta scendere pochi gradini per arrivare in una meravigliosa spiaggia appartata e tranquilla. Se preferite la sabbia, a soli 5 min. d'auto troverete la bianca sabbia di Agnone bagni.

All'interno del comprensorio sono presenti campi da tennis, campo calcetto, minimarket.
