This penthouse high standing is located in the district of Avenue Louise "Les Champs Elysées de Bruxelles" famous for its luxury boutiques, museums and art galleries.With an interior High Tech and elegantly decorated, this apartment of 300 m2 is cozy with a lovely wooden floors and many woodwork.On 3 levels, it has large windows giving access to beautiful terraces, you can enjoy an amazing view over the rooftops of Brussels.Thanks to both East and West exposures you will have the pleasure of seeing beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The apartment is bathed continuously in a lovely light.It is on the 9th floor and private elevator with direct access into the apartment.Both lounge areas are equipped with both audio Bose high quality System.One rather for reception with fireplace with ethanol and the other very nice to enjoy a movie on a big screen with Home Cinema Bose 5.1 and choose some good movies on Netflix and Apple TV!You can also have fun with the Play Station 3.Enjoy a nice dining area equipped with a large table to receive your guests and a very spacious kitchen with very lofty gaits. It is very well furnished, gas stove, two ovens, a microwave, Nespresso, and all the equipment needed for cooking.Upstairs, the "Master bedroom" offers a double exposure East / West with a private terrace on each side of the bed, the sight is spectacular! A private bathroom with walk-in shower, underfloor heating, double sinks and a separate toilet. The bedroom is equipped with a flat screen that fits into the console in front of the bed.East side, there is a second bedroom from where you will enjoy the view from your bed!
