Traditional fisherman's cottage set in a historical Scottish fishing village. The property comprises living room, double and family bedrooms, bathroom and galley kitchen. Beautiful enclosed garden ideal for children and dogs. Very close to beach and harbour. A lovely home from home by the seaside.

“Beautiful area.”

Tiny kitchen but well equipped. Beds clean and comfortable. Not much headroom in shower my son wouldn't have been happy if he'd had to use, even 12 & 14 year old grandchildren bumped their heads . Stuff from previous customers lying behind chests of drawers in both rooms. Musty smell on arrival. Overall cleanliness disappointing but wouldn't say all dirty just skirting and corners. Wouldn't have passed muster on 4 in a bed. Cottage can sleep 5 but doubt you would get 5 round table only 2 chairs fortunately weather was fine so ate in garden.which was nice also secure for dog.

“Lovely cottage!”

Stayed for 2 nights over Hogmanay. Nice cosy cottage with Christmas decorations which was a nice touch. Kitchen is tiny but has everything you need so not a problem. Great enclosed garden, perfect for our dogs. Would happily stay again.

“Another amazing stay”

“Contented holiday maker”

We’ve come here for I think 8 years. We love it so do the dogs and it’s a nicely shut in garden safe for kids and animals only minutes from the beach. Can thoroughly recommend this cottage for a holiday. Every thing you need is in the cottage. It’s looking lovely this year as there have been new windows and door added. Inside is very comfortable and great cooking facilities although I’m on holiday I don’t use the cooker

We had a great time at Fisherman's rest. The cottage is very cosy, clean and well equipped. We had fun visiting the Moray coast. Would reccomend Fisherman's rest in a heartbeat

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
