Melagh holiday cottage sleeps a maximum of 6 people and is rated by the Northern Ireland Tourist Board as 3 star. It was constructed in 1998 to a high quality specification.

Melagh cottage is a home from home and is suitable for a wide range of people, particularly those seeking a family holiday base or for couples who simply want a quiet rest. It is also suitable for the elderly with only one step to the front and rear entrances.

Bushmills is a Conservation Area and the surrounding area is designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which contains some of the most spectacular scenery anywhere.

The bungalow is ideally located for coastal walks, fishing, golf, pony trekking and as a touring base. It is close to the many attractions of the Causeway Coast including the Giants Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge, Dunluce Castle and the superb White Rocks beach. The shopping town of Coleraine is only 7 miles away and there is a wide range of restaurants in the village and the immediate surrounding area.

“Relaxing holiday”

“Bloody disaster”

I booked the cottage for 1 night to stay on 31 January 2022. I booked it only 3 days prior. Unfortunately I had to cancel the next day due to family members testing positive for covid. No refund was given and further more any messages I sent about a refund were not replied to.

“"A lovely comfort cottage"”

Enjoyed a few days here. Accomadation is comfort clean and modern. It is well equipped with everything you would need for a self catering holiday. Location is ideal for exploring the North Antrim Coast and surrounding area. As we have dogs it is difficult to find pet friendly accomadation but this was perfect, met all our expectations and more. Thank you Ian would definitely return.

How do damage deposits work?
