Additional Location Information

The district of Broadwater is about 4 kms from the centre of Busselton en route to Dunsborough, Yallingup and Margaret River. We are a short stroll to the beach and walk path which goes along the coast towards the Jetty and Dunsborough in the other direction. Busselton has many fine restaurants and cafes, art galleries and the Old Butter Factory Museum.
The Busselton Jetty is 1.8kms long and you can walk out to the Underwater Observatory or get the train to the end. The jetty is the longest in the southern hemisphere and is historically famous in the region. The Underwater Observatory is on the sea bed and you walk down several flights of stairs to look out into the ocean to see the life underwater.
Busselton is the gateway to the Margaret River Wine region, with many famous larger wineries and smaller boutique wineries all producing world famous top class wine.
The beaches on the shores of Geographe Bay stretch for kilometres from Busselton to Cape Naturaliste, safe and clean for swimming.
