What can i say but the view says it all. This lovely 3 bed frontline apartment in the Marinasol Complex has panoramic views of the Cabo Roig coastline all the way down to Mar Menor. The apartment is on the second floor and also overlooks the communal pool.
This property has just been totally refurnished and is finished to the highest standard.
Cabo Roig is one of the most popular areas on the Orihuela Costa. This area boasts some fantastic beaches like Cala Capitan , Cabo Roig , La Zenia & Campoamor . Three of these beaches are within a 10 minute walk from this property and if you do not fancy the beach then just have a relaxing day by the pool.
After a long day in the sun it is nice to know that many local bars and restaurants are right on your doorstep . For your evening out you have not far to walk as it only takes one minute to get to the nearest restaurant .
Cabo Roig boasts a fantastic array of restaurants for you to choose from like Indian , Chinese , Thai , Italian , Steakhouses and of course tradional Spanish food .
There are three Indian restaurants to choose from ( Kings of Tandoori , Shakira & Balti Towers ) and all serving the highest quality of food . There are some very popular steak houses ( Beef or Salmon Aberdeen Angus , Restaurant Aquamarina ) all serving beautiful steaks at very reasonable prices . There are some lovely Italian restaurants here like the now famous PUCCINI'S , THE ITALIAN AFFAIR & MAMMA MIA that have now become some of the most popular restaurants on the strip .
Newly open is the now very popular Tex Mex restaurant and bar Poco Loco which is very popular with families as they entertainment every evening for the children .
For places to go in the evening time , then you have to head into the nearest city of Torrevieja and spend your evening on the local promenade with its lovely sea views ( lovely breeze ) , great choice of restaurants and of course the carnival for the children and the fantastic market stalls that are set up for you as you walk along the promenade . There are plenty of restaurants here to choose from and there is no hurry home as everything stays open until 02.00 .
Torrevieja has its own waterpark ( Aquapolis ) which opens every day of the summer from 11.00 - 19.00 . In nearby Playa Flamenca there is also a Go - Kart track that is suitable for both adults and children as there are two seperate tracks for safety .

“Perfect for large family”
We stayed for a week in the summer holidays and were impressed with the size of the apartment and how modern it was. 3 good sized bedrooms meant my family of teenagers all had their own space - happy days. The apartment was well equipped for cooking even though we ate out most days. Superb air con. Tim explained everything about the local area and was super responsive on text for my daft questions. An excellent easy holiday thank you

“Location Location Location”
Stayed here for two weeks in July with our 3 children aged 24, 21 and 16. Location was excellent with easy access to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Large supermarket a 5-7 minute walk away. We hired a car for the duration and were pleased to find the apt. has its own private parking space which can be seen from the balcony. From the balcony the view of the Costa Blanca coast is breathtaking.One minor issue regarding the availability of servicable sun beds was quickly and professionally resolved by Richard the property manager. We would highly recommend this property and will be considering a return next year. Thanks.

“Great location, fantastic view from apartment”
Great restaurants and bars only short walk away, lovely little market right outside on Thursday. Very spacious clean apartment. Would definitely recommend. The owners were very friendly and helpful.
