Description

This beautiful vacation home,Hacienda Bonita is in an exclusive and gated community in Cabo San Lucas, Ventanas Residence. The complex is located high on the hill featuring sweeping panoramic views of Cabo & the Sea of Cortez. Ventanas offers many amenities and has a peaceful setting to enhance your experience. We are close enough to town to be convenient and far enough away to be relaxing and soothing about 7 minutes to downtown and stunning beaches, 3 minutes to Costco and 5 minutes to Walmart

This home is more than 2,000 sq ft. It has three spacious bedrooms that are individually air-conditioned, 2 1/2 bathrooms, 2 terraces, wifi, a washer and dryer & a 2 car garage.

It offers a beautiful open floor plan where the kitchen, living area & dining area have sliding glass doors that open onto the 1st level terrace.

In the evenings, on the rooftop terrace, settle into the comfortable seating for everyone to enjoy the sunset and take in the view, or in the morning, enjoy a cup of coffee or sunbathe in the afternoon. There is plenty of space for friends and family to relax endlessly. There is also a BBQ grill up there to cook your catch of the day or some tasty carne asada from the local butcher shop.

Living Area~

All of the furniture allows for plenty of comfortable seating. Enjoy a movie night on a flat screen TV with Sky Satellite network or a DVD player. For added entertainment, there is a stereo w/ both indoor and outdoor speakers. The entertainment system has Chromecast connectivity, great for viewing pictures taken during your adventures from the day or streaming movies & music directly from your personal mobile devices.

Kitchen and Dining~

The fully equipped kitchen offers granite counters and stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and any tools and gadgets that could possibly be needed for cooking at home. The dining table seats 8. You may also use the 1st level terrace to enjoy meals outside under the shaded pergola .

Bedrooms & Bathrooms~

The master bedroom features a king size bed with a high quality mattress and comfortable pillows. This room has a beautiful ensuite bathroom with a double sink vanity, spacious walk-in shower and private toilet closet The large dressing area has an abundance of closet space and all the drawers you need to feel at home.

The second and the third bedroom each have a queen size bed and walk in closets with a shared bathroom.

The half bathroom is located on the living area level.

Plenty of quality towels are available, including large beach towels and beach equipment for your enjoyment to explore Cabo’s beautiful beaches.

Pool and Fitness~

Take advantage of The Club House that is very nearby with two outdoor pools, jacuzzi, outdoor fireplaces, a mini market and a park.

Enjoy the Fitness center offering a complete selection of exercise equipment, including cardio machines, free weights & weight machines. You will find all that you need for fitness.

Ventanas has a private boat available for tours and fishing trips at discounted price for guests and residence of the community.
