Description

Welcome to this magnificent rustic house located in the village of Caimari. It sleeps 6 people.

The exteriors of this magnificent property are designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the terrace there is a 5mx3.5m chlorine swimming pool with a depth range between 0.7m and 1.4m and 6 sun loungers where you can relax in the sun. The barbecue will be ideal to enjoy a meal with your companions in the outdoor dining area, but in addition, another terrace on the first floor will offer you incredible views.

The 140 m2 house is distributed in two floors. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living-dining room equipped with a fireplace and AC that will be ideal to extend your evenings, as well as a bedroom, also with AC and a double bed. The kitchen, independent and gas, is prepared for you to cook in total comfort. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, serve this floor. The stairs lead to the upper floor, where there is another living room and two bedrooms with AC. One of them has a double bed and the other has two single beds. There is a washing machine, iron, ironing board and portable radiators. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.

Caimari is a charming little town located in the middle of the Tramuntana mountains, surrounded by nature. It is ideal for nature lovers and hikers, because of the several walking routes. Caimari is known for its olive oil production. There is a big oil mill used for making oil with the olive harvest of the area. This village offers everything you need for your stay. In Inca, a town that is just 5 km from Caimari, you will find many and bigger shops and supermarkets and a wide variety of entertainment activities.
