Exclusive villa with a perfect location, private pool (5 x 10m), beautiful green garden with brick built barbecue, multiple terraces and sea views. With 3 bedrooms, each with double bed, private terrace, air-conditioning and en-suite bathroom, the villa offers accommodation for 6 +1 persons. The spacious suite on the ground floor has a king size bed, HD flat screen TV and a comfortable sleeping sofa bed for 1 adult or 1 child, also a private terrace with table and chairs to enjoy breakfast in privacy. The bedroom has a direct access to the garden with swimming pool, the suite even disposes of its own kitchenette with refrigerator to prepare small meals. On the first floor are 2 more bedrooms with double bed, the "Master" bedroom has a HD Flatscreen TV and en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower and the 2nd bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower. The living room is very spacious and luxuriously decorated with stylish lounge furniture, a fireplace and a flat-screen TV (LG 48 Inch OLED Smart 4K UHD HDR Freeview TV). Sliding glass doors lead from the living room to a spacious terrace for outdoor meals and there´s a direct access to the garden and pool. There is also a separate dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, all cooking utensils etc, .. washer and dryer are located in a separate utility room.

Cala d´Or Tennis Club is reachable in only 10 min walking and Golf lovers will reach the famous Vall d´Or Golf Course (18 holes) after an easy 15 min drive.
Santanyi is definitely worth a visit, a pretty, rural and authentically Mallorcan town with a serene atmosphere, great places to eat and a fantastic twice weekly market (Weds/Sat mornings), there is a bus service from Cala Egos.

“Nice relaxing stay”

“Villa Vita Cala D’or”
We have just returned from Villa Vita booked through holiday lettings and managed by Best Holiday Homes. The villa inside and out was beautiful and well looked after. Betty from Best Holiday Homes was helpful from the moment we booked and it continued throughout our stay. We were met at the villa on our arrival, it was all very easy. We had to move the booking in 21 due to the uncertainty around covid which the owner of the villa was happy to accommodate. The villa location is perfect and only a short walk from Cala Egos bars, restaurants and beaches and approx 20 mins from the Marina.
