Fully equipped and acclimatised, the house has three double rooms with large wardrobes and two bathrooms, one on each floor, and a capacity of 1 to 8 people in the rooms and a sofa bed in the living room. The house has two fully equipped private terraces with garden furniture, barbecue and relaxation area with private access to the pool of urbanization that is in front of the house less than 10 meters. Also a solarium of over 50 square meters with furniture relax to enjoy one of the best sunsets of the entire island Salon decorated with style and with TV HD, HIFI, DVD player and a large collection of movies kitchen with. oven, hob, washing machine, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso, toaster and all necessary and essential. The house has wifi and private garage in the same house. The house is in an excellent environment among the best beaches on the island of Ibiza. Just 300 meters from Cala Tarida and only 5 minutes drive from the village of San Jose de sa Talaia, the house is accessed by conventional road. Very close are the best views of the island and beaches like Cala Conta, Cala Bassa, Cala Vedella, etc .. The area has very easy access and great communication with the airport and the center of Ibiza and all its attractions. Supermarkets, good restaurants and bars to enjoy a good meal or a drink to the sea are very near the house just 5 minutes walk. “Outstanding!”
We have just returned from a glorious week in the beautiful resort of Cala Tarida. We stayed in Raul's lovely house which had everything we needed and more! It was very clean and tidy and had ample space for the 8 of us. It was only a 10 minute walk to the sandy beach and most days we had the pool to ourselves! Raul was the perfect host. He was so helpful and I always had a quick response to my many questions! He also gave me lots of recommendations for good restaurants, beaches, shopping etc. If I could give more stars I would, it was superb!
