The backyard is perfect for barbecues, sun bathing, wine tastings and dining by the pool. The pool is 40 ft long and ideal for swimming laps and having fun with the kids. This is a family neighborhood and perfect for walks in the evenings or strolls around Calabasas lake. The area also has lots of fine dining, world class malls and easy proximity to freeways.
The activities in the area are abundant with local Malibu and Central coast wineries as well as the beach just 15 minutes away. We are also thirty to forty minutes from Hollywood, Beverly Hills and Santa Monica. Some great day trips would be to Santa Barbara, Malibu Wineries, Magic Mountain, The LA Zoo, Universal Studios, Disney Land and Knott's Berry Farm. There are ALWAYS film openings, live music, art galleries and concerts with numerous local venues. We also have a Saturday Farmer's market in Calabasas and a nice Old Town area with a biker's bar. You will never be without something fun to do!
