Description
Key features of the Units:
· The units are located in a gated complex which has a 24 hours Security service and CCTV cameras all around the property.
· The property is bordered by lush landscaped gardens and lots of greenery.
· The complex has a common swimming pool and the timings to use the pool are between 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Please note a proper swim wear is a must, no cotton clothes are allowed. (THERE IS A SCHEDULE AND TIME SLOTS FOR THE USE OF THE POOL AS PER GOVERNMENT PROTOCOLS DUE TO COVID)
· 24 hours water supply and Free WIFI is available in every unit.
· The property is self-catering. We do not provide room service as we are not a Hotel but a holiday home.
· Fresh Linen such as bed linens, bath towels, hand towels etc are provided on the day of arrival.
· There is a Genset and a UPS power back for power cuts which are not uncommon in Goa. This covers only lights, fans, TV etc.
· There is a free parking space for 1 vehicle inside the premises.
· There is a fully equipped kitchen which comes with a Refrigerator, Microwave, Electric Kettle, Toaster, Induction, Cooking utensils such as tawa, kadai, saucepan etc and a proper set of cutlery and crockery.
· There is a Iron and Ironing board in the unit.
· There is an LED TV with Satellite connection in the unit.
· Breakfast and other meals are not provided, although we provide you with an equipped kitchen wherein only daily consumables will have to be bought by the guest. Or else there are tons of eateries and places to party within a 5 minutes’ walk from the property or else food can be ordered from the nearby places.
· A cook can also be arranged if required at an extra cost, ingredients will have to be paid for at actual.
· We have a Property Manager on site that is available between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the property and 24/7 on call. He can assist you with arranging the following services:
· Car/bike rentals at an extra cost
· Airport transfers at an extra cost
· Restaurant suggestions
· Sightseeing tours at an extra cost

· The 2-bedroom Row Houses have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living area, dining area, a balcony facing the pool and comfortably sleeps 4 people.

“Close to the beach”
The best part of staying in these Rowe houses is how close it is to the beach.We where not impressed with the place at all,swimming pool not working for three days had scum on the top,these are not luxury villas at all.it was very noisy when we complained they said it was coming from the other hotel inside the premises we where not told there was another hotel I say hotel but it looked like a dos house with men outside under our bedroom window laughing shouting loud music and motorbike reving up at all times.I would not recommend this property at all
